I chose Brackenwood to change my front door because they are a local business, and I'm so glad I did. The whole process was great, right from the initial consultation with Mike who was friendly, listened to all my needs and went above and beyond to answer all my questions, to the final installation by Vasilis who did a fantastic job and finished in the time required.

I probably could have hunted around to try and find someone cheaper, but for the sake of saving a few quid I'm so glad I didn't because I feel confident that I chose the right people.

Superb. Mike was not your typical salesman. Not pushy, nothing too much to ask, always on the end of a phone for anything no matter how small. Always replies promptly. Windows and door look great. Fitters Leroy and Kane were brilliant, did a great job and always happy to stop and answer questions. They cleaned up after themselves each day - you wouldn't have known they'd been here. Mike has been great after the sale was confirmed as well as before which isn't always the case with salesman. Personal touch certainly there. Price was fair, very happy. Would recommend.

Brackenwood have done all the windows and doors in our home. On the most recent visit Alex, Heath and Martyn did a fantastic job. All floors dust sheeted and cleaned up after the install. The fitters were courteous and kept me informed all through out the install. Would recommend to friends and family.

We are delighted to have chosen Brackenwood to fit our new windows and doors. The range was excellent and has transformed the appearance of the house for the better. Our installers were Jason, Mark, Martin and Dan but due to problems we had others attend to assist also. Unfortunately the original bay window at the front had not been fitted correctly when first installed and we could have lost the front of the house if the window had just been pulled out.

Thanks to the experience of Jason he spotted the problems in time and structural work was carried out with the advice of their surveyor. The internal damage around the window was unavoidable but made good to a high standard. My wife and I would like to thank all involved for their professionalism and clean, efficient work. What could have been a massive issue for us was absorbed completely by Brackenwood and the end result is magnificent.

All parties have been incredibly helpful, Chris the fitter was brilliant and we are so grateful to him for transforming our home and being respectful while doing so. This is one of the best customer experiences I have had with a big purchase. From the initial estimate to the end of fitting, the communications and care, were top notch. Excellent value for money, great product and brilliant to deal with. Big thanks to Leroy & Kayne the fitters who did a fantastic job, making having your windows replaced midwinter a worthwhile exercise. Couldn't have asked for better!

The windows are very poor. They have a lot of faults including deep scratches, badly fitted beading and burs left on the corner welds. The fitters left a deep scratch on my husband's wardrobe, gouged the dinning room ceiling in two places, knocked out a large piece of plaster in the sitting room and scratched wallpaper and paintwork. They did not treat my home with any respect and even left their rubbish in the gutters and on the conservatory roof.

One of the windows was fitted and left with no end caps and their cementing was awful. The manager was very rude to me when I pointed out the faults and mocked my lack of intelligence in my own home. He even threatened us with court action if we failed to make the final payment. The whole experience was very stressful and upsetting. Choose someone else.

Great end to end service from quotation to installation. Brackenwood is an easy business to deal with. Very responsive to a request for a quote but there was no hard-sell from Luke. The delivery of the doors was delayed due to the global supply chain issues and this was managed with good communication. Installation of the back door was completed earlier than the front doors however the 12 months interest free credit was deferred to begin when the front door was installed.

On installation day both Martyn and Heath were excellent arriving on-time and returning on day 2 to finish installation. There were a number of unexpected issues that arose during installation which Martyn and Heath dealt with including removing and re-fitting a 'fitted' cupboard and re-routing alarm wiring. They were also very friendly and tidied up very well once the job had finished. We are very happy.

Just had several windows and a large internal window fitted by Jim and Ant. They did a great job, they worked so hard and very tidy. Due to our house design it was not a straight forward job but they took everything in their stride and got on with it. Very impressed.

From the initial visit to the showroom to the fitting of windows, I was impressed with the advice and support given by the sales representative and the professionalism of the fitters Jim and Ant who were happy, efficient and left the place tidy. I am now looking forward to having the remainder fitted when building work ready for them.

I was recommended to use Brackenwood Windows by my neighbours. As we live on a court I needed to get a same style frontdoor as the previous owners one was on its last legs. I received an exceptional and very professional service from start to end. Everyone was so helpful from the salesman, customer service team to the surveyor and especially the installer Vasilis. Thank you very much Brackenwood. The cold draft I was so worried about stopped as soon as the new door was installed.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I have had my Brackenwood Conservatory for two years, the sales and installation of the products were excellent, sadly the after sales and quality of products have failed to live up to that initial excellence. I'm now left with a conservatory roof with gaps in and a front door that doesn't close. If I wish to get them repaired it will cost me 70. Brackenwood products are apparently guaranteed for 10 years however the labour for repair of ill fitting or poorly installed products so every time I call them out it costs me 70! which I refuse to pay.

Please check with other companies before you sign. I believed that if a product was faulty it should be repaired. How wrong, I'm now left with leaking gaps (which are visible) in my roof, it looks like the glass that has been fitted is too small. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Many windows compnaies fit the same UPVC system. The only variable is the glass and type of handle. You therefore buy on price and service in this instance. With Brackenwood it's hard to fault them on either. The sales guy was first rate (as a Sales Director myself I have seen some very poor examples from window companies), he advised and was very attentive.

The order process was very efficient and the surveyor was here in days and his input is worth being at home for. The installation took place two days ahead of original schedule and was extremely proffessional. Little or no mess and excellent client communication througout. (Both fitters where trained carpenters who pointed out some other issues unrelated to my windows that I needed to address).
