Our building of an extension by Amazon Windows have failed Building Regulations. The third party company (Assent) doing the building inspection have cancelled their service due the lack of evidence supplied by Amazon within the deadline. Our local council has now taken over the inspection and they need to be 100% satisfied that the building complies with the Building Regulations. After numerous phone calls and emails to Amazon Windows asking for help, we have received no communication or help. Where is the customer service when we need them most?
