The quality of windows and doors is great, Love them. The fitting very substandard: The garage door was left unfinished, had to tell them to come and cover all the edges as I could see through all around. They did come and finished with foam, no panels to embellish. Ensure you make a good note of date and time they say they are coming.

They replaced a couple of windows that had 'blown' for which I was happy with - until one of them started having condensation all over the window. On the phone it was suggested that sometimes the window could be the wrong way round which sounded reasonable but they'd come to have a look. Two men cane out to look and told me the condensation was probably caused by my plant and how often did I water it?! I suspect the plant has taken offence to this window as it's leaving the others alone. They made me feel stupid when I had a valid reason for call out.

It is now 4 weeks after finally having our front door fitted and we are still waiting for them to complete it. Incorrect side panel glass and other bits missing. Since the 4 weeks ago they have failed on 3 attempts to come finish the job after saying the replacement hardened glass smashed in transit. If you are looking for a quality door at a reasonable price fitted in good timing as well as correct to order then DO NOT use S&C windows.
