AVOID - Terrible installation with no care/attention. Mastic missing in places. three different colours used (whatever was laying around in the van). We were lied to by the sales person and they used B rated glass instead of A rates as requested 'who would know?' thankfully I read the stickers before they were removed by the installation team. Safety latches defective, some windows won't open/close.
One windows bracket is hanging off. vents were supposed to be colour coded to the window colour but instead they're standard black and not in line with what we were promised. glazing had white chalk marks on the inside of most panes so they needed replacing - (more delays) installation team dropped some of the glass (more delays). all in all - not a great experience.

Would seriously avoid using this company! Staff are rude and vehicles are damaged! Worked for 2 days and after refusing to drive a vehicle with severely damaged wing mirrors, crack windscreen and balled tyres I was told to F**k off! All loads were unsafe and damaged and when pointing this out was told not my problem even though the deliveries would have been rejected at delivery points!

We inherited a set of try fold doors purchased by our house's previous owner. When three of the glazing units developed condensation while still within their warranty, Total Installations replace them immediately without any fuss. A short while later we noticed that the replaced panels were dirty inside the glazing units (not the fault of Total Installations as they are manufactured elsewhere). Again, without any fuss or delay Total Installations immediately replaced all three glazing units.
The customer service, especially considering I wasn't their customer, has been exemplary and I would have no hesitation in using them for future glazing requirements or recommending them.
