We contacted the guys at Sheerwater glass looking for some help with a self cleaning shower screen - which I know sounds like a strange request! However the people at Sheerwater came up with the goods, understood exactly what I wanted, had the product we needed and came round very promptly to measure up. Shortly thereafter they came back to fetch part of the frame to bond the new glass in and returned soon thereafter with the finished item.

Really happy with the results and it's definitely a lot better than the normal glass. Sheerwater were highly efficient, very reasonably priced and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

In a time of a pandemic the team at Sheerwater Glass we just perfect. They were extremely professional and took extra care form start to finish from wearing masks to only having limited people in our house for precautionary reasons. Regarding the doors, they made the whole situation so easy, lovely chap arrived to measure up and took every detail of our existing windows and doors around the house to make sure they matched. Then waited for the doors to be made and then they installed them with no mess and a smiley face. So simple!

We were completing an extension to our house, something we'd never done before. Sheerwater Glass helped explain all the options to us so we could find what worked best, and then the installation was seamless. A great experience, thank you!

We had the men come round and measure up but then had to chase up for the quote 2 weeks later. If we hadn't phoned them we are not sure they would have come back to us as they didn't have an instant response when we did phone. The quote had increased, which wasn't an issue as it was more challenging job than first thought, but it came across like they didn't really want to take on the work. We have decided that we will shop around for other quotes.

Sheerwater Glass experts came and measured up making some very helpful comments at that time. They clearly know there trade and we had used them some years earlier. The designs and plans arrived on time and were correct we signed them off and paid the deposit. The technicians came and completed the installation within a day, everything was properly fitted, working and demonstrated to me. The technicians were very tidy and cleaned up after each piece of work. I would give them a great recommendation and would most certainly use them again.

Very impressed with the high quality of windows that were fitted today! It's a fantastic service from start to finish really. Was kept informed from the day they were ordered as to when they would be installed. The installers- Damian and Callum, arrived on time, worked hard and were efficient. Both observed Covid-19 regulations. Damian and Callum did a very neat job with no damage or need to decorate afterwards. Absolutely brilliant. The glass on one of my patio doors had shattered from a stone. They were so friendly on the phone and helpful that’s why I went with them. We had French doors fitted in place of a patio door. We had the measurements taken and they advised us to have a window panel and small fan light on one side as the space was quite large. The French doors have a stop on them so they don't fly open to wide. The work was carried out by one fitter who came at the time he said it took the morning he was very polite and tidy in his work. The outside my husband wanted to make good himself. Very pleased with the service we received from Sheerwater Glass.

We used Sheerwater Glass for our recent kitchen remodelling and could not have been more pleased. The staff at their showroom were helpful and professional, without being in any way pushy, and they took time to talk us through their range and help us decide on the best windows and doors for our budget. Purchased a mirror from them which contained a small scratch on the underside, which went un-noticed until I was home. They stated that because I had taken the mirror home any scratches made were therefore made by myself and I could either buy a new mirror or live with the scratch.
