I have used Imperial Windows more than once over the last 4/5 years. I have had a new front door and recently had all my windows replaced. Excellent pricing and very pleased with the workmanship and the quality of the products. HOWEVER, one of the installers damaged my curtain rail in one of the rooms and I was told by the installer that they would replace it, but I would have to pay and obviously I was not happy with this.

On contacting the company, I was told that they were not covered for this sort of thing and that the curtains should have been taken down before installation. This had never been mentioned and no other rails were damaged. To date I have heard nothing further.

From the first consult to installation, Imperial Windows were excellent. I honestly thought a local company would be more expensive than the national brands but this was not the case. Lead time was set at 6-8 weeks but we had an install date within 3 weeks of placing the order! The installation team were brilliant. Arrived on time, worked in a clean and tidy manner and the quality of the work is fantastic. Everything just went to plan and was easy, from my perspective. I will be recommending Imperial Windows to anyone looking to complete this type of work in the future.

Great firm who have carried out a number of new installs and repairs for me in Woking and Frimley, always responsive polite and easy to deal with.

Top service. The team were great to work with from the first meeting all the way through to completion. Their price was cheaper than the national brands and customer service was fantastic. Imperial windows met our every need and we will be recommending them to anyone doing home upgrades.

Great quality and wonderful customer service experience with Imperial Windows. I went through Nick to assess, custom order and install double glazed sash windows for my Victorian conversion flat, and can't recommend them enough. All in all a very nice experience and I'm delighted with the finished product.

The window units were fine and the fitters excellent but I have a problem with a door supplied by imperial windows the mechanism is faulty, after many calls to get it fixed Brian called out and said the springs are missing he would get a replacement, a week or so later he phoned to say I would have to pay 80 as not covered by 10 year guarantee, I spoke to Scott the owners son who said if I call in to the office they would give me the replacement but I was met by his father a totally obnoxious man who hardly said anything other than demanding 80, I explained that the mechanism was faulty from the start and I had spent around 6000 on their doors and Windows but he didn't want to know. UPDATE, EDITED REVIEW Following my poor review about the owner Kevin, Scott his son has now resolved the problem in a professional manner and paid for the parts required so I am now happy with the installation of all the windows and doors, in future I will only deal with Scott

They answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I have a lot of questions and everytime I called or approached them, they were ready to answer and address them. They installed our second floor windows, all 20 of them, and I am simply amazed by their workmanship. Highly recommended!

Needed a new window locking bar for our 30 year old windows - everyone, including the original supplier could not assist but Scott at Imperial couldn't have been more helpful, produced a massive parts catalogue, found the part and ordered it for me. Wish I had gone to Imperial Windows first and will definitely be going there 1st in the future for any of my window issues!

After just getting my windows and bi folding doors installed recently, I cannot recommend imperial windows enough. they have been excellent throughout the process, the workmen were very clean and tidy and very pleasant to have around in my home.
