Came to measure my windows months ago and took 20 pound deposit from me then didn't hear back from them. They said numerous times would come to fit but never did. The man in the shop said he will come that day to measure it again or I can have my 20 pound back, I thought will give him a chance and guess what? He never turned up! Disgraceful.

Totally unprofessional service dishonest I had a patio door made and fitted by horizon. One panel of the patio door glass were short 3 inches they wanted to fit that on my door when I saw it while they were fitting I was shocked and asked them they already fitted the door so I asked them for the right size glass they said next week and the next week came 4 weeks after. They took the money first so I was chasing them for weeks

Great service provided by Latif. He was very easy to speak to and professional throughout. This was reflected in the high quality workmanship shown by his team. Mustafa, had installed the door and went above and beyond of what was expected, ensuring the smallest of details were finished to a high standard. The level of after-care shown once the door was installed was second to none.
I would definitely recommend Horizon. as it was apparent that they pride themselves on maintaining high standards. Not only in their product or workmanship, but more importantly their customer service/care.

Great service provided by Rauf and his team. Sameer and kasab replaced and installed all the windows of my house, they finished the work with a very high standard. Very happy with the job they carried out, I would definitely recommend Horizon Windows to anyone who's looking for a professional and quality work.
