Imperial Windows

I can not recommend Imperial Windows enough! The service was excellent and I love our new windows and doors. The guys arrived on time, were polite, friendly and left all the rooms tidy. They literally did not stop all day! Special thanks to Jamie, Nick & Andy for all your hard work.

Excellent workmanship, on time, polite, respectful and courteous. Nick and Matt replaced all mine and my neighbours fascias, soffits and guttering. Nicks work and attention to detail is exemplary. The tidy, courteous and respectful way they worked on our homes was reassuring and an excellent advertisement for Imperial Windows. Communications and answers from Imperial Windows were timely and all reasonably respondend to. Price quoted for the work was reasonable and nothing extra was needed. I would have no hesitation in using them again and recommending.

Terrible company. Please avoid them. We have only had issues with them. Trying to get them to rectify the issues they cause is just a lesson in patience. This review would be far to long if I went into all the issues we have had/ continue to have with Imperial. Best of luck if you deal with them and enjoy the lies and backtracking.

Love the conservatory but the after care is so slow. Our conservatory roof leaks in heavy rain - the last maintenance chap fiddled about with central cap but said - "as it's not raining now I can't really tell - if it happens again, make sure someone comes out when it's raining so we can fix it". It's leaking again today so I called Imperial and they're not able to visit / take a look for 9 days! Worst part is I live within walking distance of their workshop in Keynsham.

Good work, rubbish aftercare Had an expensive composite front door fitted by them, reported that the laminate on the front had de-laquered 2 years ago, three visits and a lot of phone calls later, it's now become clear that they are running down the clock on the 10 year guarantee. Lots of excuses, but no resolution, the door is cheap and not fit for purpose, all door furniture is also discoloured and tatty looking, and that was the best part of a grand's worth of door.

Had all our windows and doors from Imperial. After 9 years one door developed a few small cracks. They honoured the 10 year guarantee and replaced the panels so the door is like new again.

Excellent job from start to finish. Professional, great quality and good price. Very happy with the job and service.
