I cannot recommend Lightfoot highly enough. I used to run a business, and the sheer pleasure and relief of being communicated with properly and courteously means a lot. It's rare these days. The windows and installation were excellent. Reece, Grant & Bradley were fantastic. Particularly as they were up against supply issues, parking restrictions not to mention Covid.

Advised and installed windows at period apartment in Kensington. Excellent professionals from start to finish. Flexible, reliable, knowledgeable, customer first organisation focused on quality and working around you. Strongly recommend.

This firm were fantastic from start to finish - easy to contact and willing to patiently explain estimates, window frames, procedure etc. The site surveyor and the installers were all super polite and efficient. More to the point, the windows are a stunning quality (I went for the aluminium ones) and the room is transformed. Thank you to all concerned.

Very pleased with the service from the staff at Lightfoot Windows, from our first visit to their well-presented showroom through the site visit and design stage which was very thorough and detailed. The installation of our Crittall patio doors was unfortunately delayed due to the Covid-19 restrictions but we were kept informed of progress by Lightfoot Windows staff and when the goods were ready they installed our doors in a single morning, the installation team were efficient & polite, and their finishing was exemplary. Our Crittall patio doors have really transformed our kitchen extension and are admired by all who visit. Quality British made goods installed by a reliable company.

What started well with a courteous and professional relationship ended half a year late with costs piling up on our side due to continued missed deadlines and installation errors. Pay close attention to their T&Cs - cleverly crafted to avoid any responsibility with their suppliers, Crittal. We're now facing several thousand quid of remedy work from my builder, who was due to be on site for the original installation date, which was then postponed 4 times.

Yesterday, we had our crittal doors installed. They are absolutely stunning and were well worth the wait. A huge thank you to Reece, Grant and Brad, who were so helpful, kind and accommodating.

I have been most impressed with Lightfoot Windows. My property is Grade 2 listed in a conservation area on a gated development, which meant there were a number of processes and questions to sort out prior to installation. They were helpful and never questioned my questions or requests. If like me you need a specialist for steel window installation the duty of care and understanding of the situation has been key.

They helped me with the documentation and information that I needed to apply for planning permission. The quote was clear and understandable. The installation was quick, straight forward and no fuss. The team were thorough and took care over all the aspects of the installation. I couldn't fault them and when they were gone all they left were wonderful windows!

The windows are great: exactly what I ordered and needed to apply to the grade 2 status, to maintain the visual integrity of the building and they look terrific. Paul Paten was a good contact to work with. Covid had caused some supply issues: he kept me informed of these delays in an honest and respectful way and did everything he could to maintain my trust. I would certainly recommend Lightfoot Windows as a supplier and installer of Crittall steel windows.

Unhurried great advice given, quote and contract really streamlined and easy to understand. Service was excellent throughout visiting, ordering measuring up and installation. Amazing service, I had my conservatory windows and door panels from this company, fantastic designs and more importantly, showrooms. The lighting in the show room was superb.
