Very impressed with Premier Windows and would recommend them to others. From the start to finish the team was communicative and helpful. The free quotation and visit was hassle-free and aimed at meeting my specifications. The windows were available for installing earlier than predicted and the fitters came the next day. They were friendly, did a great job and left the area around my new windows neat. All through the process, the team communicated with me with updates. Very happy with the service and end result.

We have just had a new door fitted by the Premier Windows team, we are really happy with the whole experience from the non pushy initial visit into the showroom, the prompt answering of our questions, even when we had Terry measure up for the door he fixed our old door as we were worried the locks would not last the 2 month wait.! The end result is brilliant.we are very happy and the guys that fitted the doors were great too, a really good experience and I can as a long standing SE19 resident wholeheartedly recommend premier windows.!

This is the second time I have used Premier windows, they have always been very helpful and courteous. The new windows are excellent and a consderable improvement on the previous ones, the improvement in the warmth of the room was instantly noticeable. They have been fitted to a very high standard, I was very pleased the fitters manage to keep the original Victorian architraves, allowing original 150 year old features to be retained. I would recommend them again.

We recently had uPVC sliding sash and casement windows installed by Premier Windows and the process was excellent. They were prompt in providing a quote and were happy to deal with our many queries and requests to ensure we got the right product. At no point was there a 'hard sell' approach and the quote offered good value for money. Terry came to survey our property and was very clear in the work that would be done giving knowledgeable advice - what set Premier Windows apart for us was their care and attention in ensuring that the finish was of a high standard, not just with the windows themselves but the sills, architraves and surrounding walls. Jason and Dean installed our windows and did a fantastic job.

They worked efficiently and laid out dust sheets throughout the property to ensure everything was kept neat and tidy, and had the added bonus of having a great sense of humour! We are really pleased with the final product and would not hesitate in recommending Premier Windows to others.

We had premiere windows in to install new double glazing windows and 3 French sliding doors at our property. They arrived to give us a quotation and came across very professional and detailed within their description, we then agreed on a price which was more reasonable than other quotations we received and we settled on a start date. Ordered during lockdown via their online service. The company then came out and measured and give some advice around keeping some of the wood and doing an inlay rather than a whole new window. The guys arrived on the day and the new window looks great. The company had great communication, delivered on time and we are definitely happy customers. Would 100% recommend.
