Services
Empire Glass allocate no budget to health and safety nor staff training, we spend what we need to keep safe. Both glaziers and vehicles are the best equipped in the industry without exception. Our glaziers are each issued with a large holdall filled with every possible item of PPE and uniform. These PPE bags are checked monthly with missing or damaged item replaced and signed off confirming the bag is fully equipped.

Absolute pleasure to deal with. Out of 6 companies I got in touch with Empire glass was the only ones who got back to me. And I'm grateful it turn out this way as I couldn't have asked for a better service. Responded to my inquiry at 10pm at night, early morning next day I had a quote, very reasonably priced, arranged a survey in two days and glass fitted very quickly. Everyone who I encountered at Empire glass was professional and provided a good customer service. Don't waste time shopping around, this is the company to go for

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality They haven't been able to give a proper quotation, considering all costs; it's not been considered the need of a plumber to install the mirror on the wall and they are not been able to find one, all after 3 month of the support delivery and installation day. The Custumer service was very in an offhand way, the minimum requested. Service: Glass installation

I simply cannot recommend Empire Glass highly enough. Response and communications were prompt. Chris was quick to come and assess the job then decided I needed to spend 300 less that he'd originally estimated. The work was duly carried out by him and Nicola quickly and efficiently. A lovely combination of professionalism and friendliness.

Room for improvement on time management, organisation & professionalism. Overall we were happy with the finished product but our experience with empire glass highlighted a few areas that could have been improved: - One of the windows fitted was scratched so had to be replaced. Chris returned on another day with the wrong sized replacement window resulting in multiple visits over a week instead of just the one - Chris arrived later than planned on every occasion - After providing feedback as the website welcomed we were shocked to receive an overly defensive, argumentative response ending with 'we won't be crossing paths again!'

I got this company details through Nextdoor app. And I would strongly recommend if you are looking for aa swift service, friendly, professional, reasonable price and trustable company to contact Empire Glass & Glazing. They quoted for replacing 4 misted unites with full details (Survey, Supply, Hack Out and Re-Glaze, the price is included free survey). Chris, Nancy, Nicola and the fitting guy (sorry I forgot his name) are extremely honest and clarified with professional skills, if there is 7 star then I rated them for it. Excellent job!

Chris and his team replaced some double glazed panes for us, as well as a broken conservatory window frame. They kept in touch about delays and were quick to respond to queries. Empire Glass did a great job for me, when others I approached were not keen for the work as they thought it was "too difficult". Chris was very responsive and he did everything needed, helped by his daughter. I am very happy with the job, which was done at a sensible price as well. Nice family run business that I would use again and would recommend to others.

I wish all companies were like Empire Glass And Glazing! A family run business, who are highly professional, down to earth and trustworthy. It was a pleasure having the dad and daughter team fix 4 of my blown window panes yesterday. The mum Nicola was on the case with sending out quotes, responses to queries via email. Would hire them again in a heart beat.
