We were recommended the Window Centre by a friend when we needed a front door and bathroom window replacement. We were so pleased with the product and installation that we immediately ordered replacement windows for the front of the house. The fitters worked hard on both orders and did a quality job. The staff were friendly right through the process we were really pleased. The materials used seem to be of a high standard and we would recommend the Window Centre.

Both Paige & Ben from the sales team were very helpful with all of my questions/queries both before & after placing my order of replacing 7 windows & a front door. The door has a later installation date but the windows have been replaced (took 2 days) & I cannot fault Dimetry & Cat. They have exceeded my expectations, they were very hardworking, polite & professional.
The windows look amazing & they even re-did the surrounding pebble dashing following the installation - that was a pleasant surprise. The only problem now, in the short term, is that my old front door looks terrible against the new windows! Great job all round, I will definitely use The Window & Door Center for my upcoming extension & would recommend them without hesitation. The fact they have a showroom, so you can physically see the different types of doors & windows is definitely a bonus not to be overlooked.

We built an extension to our house and wanted Bi-folds doors. We already knew the product (Original Global) as close family had some fitted recently. Initially we went to the same company that the builders also referred however, they were expensive and I wanted to compare prices. I searched the product and found a list of approved providers and emailed the top 4 closest all for a quote - I think The Window Centre were quoted as a premium supplier and they came back with the best price.
I spoke to Dave Richards who was friendly, professional and informative. No hard sell, he had confidence in his product and pricing. Even though the other company price matched, The Window Centre lead time was 2-3 weeks compared to 10-12 weeks. I felt like I was taking a risk for a new company rather than a referral, but the lead time was a no brainer. Dave advised the fitters were all trained by Origin Global which reassured my decision and usually "if it's too good to be true it usually is" was wrong.
They delivered! Communication was good, fitters turned up as expected, Dave answered any of my reservations patiently and I enjoyed speaking with him. The Bi-fold doors were fitted in a day, my builders were impressed with the fitting, my wife was impressed with the doors and I'm impressed with the whole process. We are very happy customers and recommend The Window Centre Harrow, and would use them again without a question of a doubt. Our builders have said they will recommend them too on future projects!

The Window Centre carried out the work for our sliding door in a timely and professional manner. We met with Ben Brooks-Smith, Oliver, and Charlotte, and all our questions and any queries we had we answered. Charlotte also dealt with our requirements very well, and all went well. The job was completed on time, and with professional care. Thanks to all other staff who was involved but forgot their names.
One colleague even came over and took measurements, as we were worried of giving the wrong measurements. Great team with excellent customer service. I would highly recommend The Window Centre.

I ordered 4 windows and a door from The Window Centre and I was very pleased with the service, quality and price. Dave Richards came to the property to provide a quote and he was very knowledgeable and professional. The quote was reasonable and the windows and door were installed 6 weeks after we placing the order. The installers were very good and the quality is excellent. I am really pleased with my new windows and door and they have made such a big improvement to my property!

I was looking for a recent double glazing windows installation of my house and decided to trust to Harrow WINDOW CENTRE and especially to Mr Dave Richards - Sales Consultant. I found his service brilliant and very helpful and his quote very reasonable and he was always very responsive to my questions and answered them very professionally. We used Window Centre for a second time after they did our porch a few years ago. Never had any issues with the porch so we used them a second time for replacing our two bay windows. Absolutely no complaints this time around either, Window Centre staff arrived on time, completed all the windows to a high standard. They even plastered around the windows and hung all our blinds back up for us.
All the Windows Centre staff from Sales, Showroom and the installation team have been courteous and professional throughout the process, genuinely cannot fault anything they did and we'll be sure to use them again if the need arises

I am very happy with my new windows. They are a quality product and exactly what I wanted in order to make my home more energy efficient. The bay window looks stylish at the front of my property. In the kitchen, the bottom-opening window is easy for me to reach and to open safely (without having to climb on to the draining board, as with the old window!).
The security features give me reassurance in my home. I received excellent service from start to finish. All the colleagues I dealt with in my home and at the office were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I was confident that they paid attention to detail in planning and preparing for the window installation. The installers themselves did a great job.
They were very good workers: courteous, professional and quiet. They just got on with the job and were respectful of my property and furniture. The windows were installed with a minimum of fuss. Afterwards, the installers made good the pebble-dashing around the windows, then they left everything clean and tidy, indoors and outside.
