I cannot recommend these folks highly enough for both their initial service and aftercare service. My (now elderly) Mother had various windows a porch, French doors etc installed by them over a number of years. Always delighted by the quality and service. Recently, My mother has on 3 occasions damaged locks by endeavouring to force incorrect keys into them.
When I've called them( and usually spoken with Julie who is wonderfully customer centric) they have dispatched an equally wonderful engineer rapidly to assist. Totally honest and despite this being an issue caused by the client have not made any unnecessary charges. This company truly have the customer at the heart of everything they do.

We at Skyfix & Co. Ltd. have been ordering and fitting aluminium Bi-folding sliding doors made to measure specifically manufactured by Capital Windows for a number of years. Capital windows have always not just met our expectations but exceeded them on every occasion. Peter & Tom and team are always at hand to assist with technical information and on the factory floor all goes according to schedule.
