Shocking customer service. When contacted them to enquire where the engineer was (had waited in all day), not only did they tell me an outright lie (claimed to have left a voice mail - untrue) but also inferred I was lying when I told them I had sent them a confirmation email (had to forward it again to prove my point). Then finished by saying sales manager would ring me back, erm still waiting. If my experience is anything to go by I suggest you take your business elsewhere!

Not very impressed, had the rear of my house fitted with new upvc windows and patio door. These were fitted but the rear door (sliding) appeared to catch when closing. Fitter came out and did a few adjustments but it still catches, it appears that you have to push it forward and away from you slightly to close it, silly me and I though you closed a door by pushing it forward!
When ordering was informed that everything was covered with a 10 year guarantee it appears not!. Have called (twice )to speak to the person who dealt with our order and been informed that he is not in the building but a message would be left for him to get back to me. Guess what, nothing!. SO YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
