Supercraft Windows Ltd

Just been to supercraft to view their range of composite doors, was really pleased with their range, the salesman was kind and friendly and explained everything in detail to us before we ordered our new door. Up to now a really good company to deal with, having a surveyor come the next day is also excellent so shouldn't be too long until our new door is fitted.

Recently had 8 windows fitted to the front of my cottage, chose timber effect flush fitting windows with Georgian bars in keeping with the period style of the property with the durability and ease of maintenance that composite windows provide. I have a white cottage and chose a pale grey colour called painswick. The windows are beautiful and fitted to a very high standard with period style monkey tail handles.

The staff are lovely, no pushy sales tactics, excellent customer services and the fitters were incredibly respectful, always putting lots of dust sheets down to minimise dust. These windows have totally transformed our home and I would recommend Supercraft to anyone. Believe me I am the most fussiest person ever and I cannot fault them! Excellent customer service. I always believed that Supercraft were the best and this was reflected in their prices however they proved me wrong, they were actually extremely competitively priced too!

Very disappointed with this company as reviews were good. Went to the showroom and gave details for a visit. Had a time and date given but they didn't show up. Customer services is shocking no consideration for customer at all.

I have recently had a front door and I can say without hesitation, I was treated professionally the door itself exceeded my expection in style and the fitting was excellent, cosy was half of some othe companies. Very happy would recommend and use again

Love the front door and back door that was fitted however had lots of problems with the front door which to be fair they came out numerous times to correct but the front door is still not right and draughty. Asked for cat flap to be fitted in back door it was fitted with the lock on the outside not inside. Bedroom window had seal problem they changed the window pane on the good window not the one with obvious condensation. Shame really I need new windows next year

I chose Supercraft Windows & Conservatories because they've been around for a long time. I was not disappointed. The whole experience was amazing from begining to end. The staff in the office couldn't do enough. The windows and doors arrived on time and the fitters did a neat job. The quality and the workmanship is exceptional. My home is now transformed thanks to Supercraft. I definitely would recommend them.

We recently had 14 windows fitted by the team at Supercraft and they look fabulous. The fitters were amazingly tidy and worked around other work being done in the house. Thanks guys! We had a great experience from start to finish and will be using them to do the rest of our windows in the future. Very highly recommended.

Very honest company even though they couldn't help me to fix the broken window. For temperature reason the inner pane of the double glazing unit cracked itself. I took the window to the shop and got it measured in order to replace it with the right size unit. The staff there was very polite and helpful. I paid and waited for the unit to arrive in a weeks time but at the end they told me they couldn't guess the thickness of the unite. they gave me the refund. Wish they could fix it. That will save me a lot of trouble

Had two doors installed at a cost of 1, 500 each and they look lovely. The only trouble is if it's sunny, I can't get my lock to work on the back door. I've had someone from the manufacturers and they did some adjustments but I still have the problem. I think the door is too tight a fit and when it expands in the sun, its too tight, to allow the lock to engage. Supercraft seem to be in deadlock with the manufacturers, who is responsible them, with faulty fitters, or the manufacturing process. All I know is, Im left with a door that I can not lock, when sunny. This problem has been going on for weeks, needless to say, would not use this company again.
