Euroseal Windows

I have recently had both windows and doors fitted by Euroseal. The level of service from start to finish was excellent, from sales to fitters to aftercare. The work carried out was efficient, excellent quality and mess free. The customer service I received was second to none.

Used this company twice now and found them great to deal with. Salesman I've dealt with listened to what I wanted and what I could afford and found the deal right for me, lots of different finance options. Surveyors are really good one spotted issue caused by previous window install over 10 years before which was causing problems with walls. Install teams are really good turn up on time and work quickly cleaning up after themselves. Leaving great job and great looking windows.

Excellent service from quote to installation. The team were polite and professional. All mess was cleaned away. Would definitely recommend. I've now booked them to do my French doors.

Really very impressed with the service and quality of my windows. Double checked the measurements for a good fit which I really liked. Took care with the fitting and made a very neat job. Fitters cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was happy with the installation before I was asked for payment. Quality of the windows was very good from the finish to the smooth operation of the openers and window locks and I was provided with plenty of keys!

I especially liked the fact that the whole of the bathroom window opened to make an easy escape route in an emergency. I would definitely recommend and I will be using them again in the future. I have used other window and door companies in the past but found the Euroseal is very good value for money.

We have had a great experience with Euroseal from start to finish. Our salesperson took the time out to thoroughly explain what we were purchasing, answering all of our questions. The fitters we had were brilliant. Very clean, on time and did a great job. The windows exceeded my expectations. Would happily recommend!

Amazing from start to finish, was a bit weary when they called me up as it's a company I've not dealt with before in the past. The caller was funny, good banter, and clear to understand. When they managed to come out to us, they sorted us out, gave us a 12 month no obligation quote, where they gave us a couple different prices, and explained clearly. Sitting here and reading some of these reviews do make me wonder if I got the lucky team that are actually competent at doing their job. I would give 5 stars but nothing's ever 5/5

Absolutely amazed! The representative was nice and polite and even offered to make me a tea! The quality of the UPVC was spectacular and the service was efficient. My windows will not be needing replacing for a very long time for such an affordable price as well. Can't wait to flex my windows to my mates.

Very pleased with the new front and back composite doors. Fit and finish is good and the fitters (2 different pairs on the 2 installation dates) were efficient, skilled and pleasant. Some minor paint damage on one door was remedied later and that process was well-managed (contract no HBN37355)

Really pleased with service and installation, the fitters were polite and cleaned up afterwards, I have had them three times now as I couldn't afford to have the whole house and porch done in one go, I have booked them in for my last 2 window's if they weren't top notch I wouldn't have booked again after the first fitting, you won't be disappointed with there service.

Really bad customer service. My mother had a sales rep round to measure up and get a quote. She made it clear that she's not in a position to get the work done yet but got told that the quote would last twelve months. I understand people trying to earn a living but pressuring a pensioner into taking out a loan (interest or not) with them is unacceptable.

They even had this pantomime act of ring the boss to get a better quote. The quote started at 11000 (lol) and was reduced to 7000 within minutes of ringing the "boss". I'm sure the actual product they're selling is good and fitted to a decent standard but Jesus Christ their sales techniques are from the Middle Ages or something. I rang them to tell them to never contact my mother again and this afternoon alone she's had 6 calls from a no caller id. Judging by the other reviews, it's these cat heads. Awful awful company. I don't know how they are still operating judging by the reviews. It boils my blood to think they're doing this to other elderly people.

I experienced cold calling telephone service, basically pleading with me to "Just say YES?" To a so called DLG mithering ***** person from this company. They advised they were not coming to sell me ANY DG WINDOWS! JUST to advise on a government funding which I would be entitled to rubbish . When the gentleman arrived, we chatted figures etc.no ID badge shown to me?

Then constantly passing his mobile over to me, saying it was his Boss? If not listening to him, for 2 hours was bad enough, I then got passed the mobile for a 2nd time, whilst the young man in my home!asked if he could use my toilet upstairs? This could have been a elderly lady on her own.and badgered into getting a loan from them. Just like this young man wanted me to. Best WINDOWS best fitters bblar blar. I don't think I would trust this company either.just be aware is all I am saying?

Wow, if you want a company that just does not take no for an answer, then these are your guys! I have told 3 of their door salesmen to leave me alone, I have told all the phone sales people to leave me alone. I have blocked every number they call from and then they start calling from withheld numbers. I have no idea if the service they provide is any good but based on my experience I will never be using them.

Cold callers who have rung me consistently for months despite asking them to leave me alone! They came to my home to qoute and refused to give me a qoute without my partner there. It's 2021, I was working from home funnily in my real sales job and they couldn't give me the qoute. So I asked the salesman to leave and he really took his time and made me feel very uncomfortable

House called rep talked through that they were in the area would I like a quote. As he was approachable why not? Thought someone was coming round to price up windows a few days later however instead a phone call was taken for a rep to price up on another date. Said that it wasn't what I was expecting. Left it at that. Cold calling rep rang asking if I would still like a quote this rep was ok in approach.

Another rep rang to confirm that both myself and wife were at the appointment. This guy was impatient and a bit off in manner. Manager rang whom I am sure was the same guy. This time really pushy asking that both of us were to be in and that it was some government requirement. The rep who actually came out to us was very good all round. Anthony was the saving grace in the process so far.

We made him clear that we would not be messed with. Quote us fine. But not for hours on end with back and forth calls to manager. Anthony is a credit to the company. Good description of product and run down of spec in the windows and doors. I understood the pricing. 12 month hold price was very expensive. 30 day or so price was cheaper. A call was made to get a further discount with manager Jim accessing a 'token'.

This process was as quick as he could get it. I have in the past experienced long drawn out reiterative plugs of what the product is and what we would be getting. Not in this case. In summary. The cold callers and managers on the phone who I have spoken to need to up their game in telephony manner. This alone is enough to put people off. Couldn't fault Anthony.

Except in the first minute when he thought of using our car as a seat. Getting a quote. Still not sure why this old style of Everest/SafeStyle Windows giving higher prices first to then drop them is still in practice. Preying on vulnerable or bullying to agree an on the spot decision must get them sales? This needs to be revisited. We asked our rep from doing a dance and he obliged.

We never agree to a price on the day. Just not what sensible people do. As for any follow up calls. That may need a future edit. Can't believe a reviewer with photos on here shows an unfinished inside. Usually covered up by extra trim.

Euroseal. Great windows, Great fitters. BUT. The constant calls after are a joke! Every month trying to get you to buy more and more. Very pushy and always quote thinks like "it's the nature of the beast". The hard sell has put us off using them again! I've even asked to be removed from the call list atleast 4 times now.

I was more then happy with Euroseal from start to finish. from the chap who originally phoned me to the lads who came to fit the job. outstanding! After shopping around with numerus quotes they weren't the cheapest but the quality really stood out inn my opinion. I would highly recommend.

NO caller ID rang from ALLEGED - Euroseal. Firstly confirms my name and says as though they are following up on a call " we spoke about windows and just want to know when you would like to go ahead with it". She quickly backed off after I shut her down by saying."NO we did not!" I wouldn't like to think that, these calls ware aimed at an elderly person who might be polite and think thy have promised something they can't recall. Shocking tricks!

Nathan and Zach from Euroseal replaced all of our windows. They were very pleasant, well mannered and didn't even down tools for lunch. They grafted from the moment they arrived to when they left at the end of each day. They left where they had worked spotless and zero damage to plaster when removing the old windows. Thank you to both of you, you are great ambassadors of Euroseal. The windows are also a great product.

I can't complain about the windows or doors as they are good quality but fitters. OMG. 2 out of 3 teams that arrived messed up job completely. they left huge gaps between the windows, i could literally feel the draft. Few month later i could see dump around the windows, they told me that windows been fitted correctly, it's difference in temperature that is causing dump but i knew they are wrong since i isolated bathroom window myself and there was no dump for months and you know how humid that place is.

They've sent another team to fix what the other team messed up and if i wasn't there they wouldn't even bothered to take plastic off and fill the gaps with expanding foam. i couth one guy taking shortcuts and taking silicon off and putting new one on so it looks like hes done it. They were blaming me that they will be late for the dinner and they have other things to do, only because i wanted them to do it right this time. On the photo you can see gaps they left. Terrible experience.

STOP CALLING ME! How many more times do I have to ask you? I get up to 4 calls a week sometimes twice a day. I've complained twice to the TPS about these people I've emailed them I tell them every time they call to stop. 2 years this has been going on for.

Even though there seem to be quite a lot of different reviews, this company did my windows and doors and everything went perfect.

Shocking service, stop calling! Blocked the original number so they keep calling on a private withheld number! Why dont they take the hint im not interested. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Dont even entertain them and giving them a chance to quote. Trust me just say NO!

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING COMPANY! HOW THE HELL ARE YOU STILL TRADING. THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER COME ACROSS. IM EMBARRASSED FOR YOU!
