Homesure Windows Ltd

I used Howmesure last year and wished I had gone elsewhere! After taking my money I have never heard from them, job is appalling, they would not rectify the problems, they ignore my letters and never return my calls. This company should not be allowed to trade!

Homesure installed our windows 13 months ago and I honestly wish I had gone elsewhere! The install was a nightmare - but as we were redecorating the whole house I could accept cracked window sills and missing plaster board. We now have faulty windows and doors - and have had an engineer booked twice now to come and repair but each time no one has arrived.

No one in the office can ever help and whenever I call - 'the person you need to speak to is out of the office, I'll get them to call you' is what I am told. When I have to call them to chase them - I get an earful of attitude down the phone. Although this company may be cheap - their after care is disgusting. Pay the extra and go elsewhere - you do not want to be in a position where you need Homesure to come and fix a window or door because I promise you - they won't.

Trading standards is my next stop.

Having spent six years trying to resolve problems including faulty window locks where you can't open or shut the windows, which were then replaced with second hand handles covered in paint, broken front doors and no return phone calls and about 20 visits to the showroom in Fenny Stratford. I am now taking legal action they have changed names and i would strongly recommend not to go there if you want a good quality product with excellent after sales as this does not exist. Please be warned.
