Excellent after care service. Rang regarding problem with French doors fitted 2 years ago, came out the next day and sorted the problem. A company I will certainly recommend.

Would not recommend at all. The salesman was lovely but installation was terrible. The job was scheduled to take 2 weeks but took over 3 months end to end. Communication was abysmal and once it became clear there were issues with the work they wouldn't return our calls. They insisted on leaving the window panels in our back garden for a week in March before they started the job and then had to replace 3 of the windows after fitting because they were scratched.

One window was completely the wrong size and had to be boarded up over the weekend. They took 4 tries to replace one window as they kept reordering the wrong one. When putting the angle iron in for one window a brick fell inside and left a dent in our tiles and kitchen worktop, which we photographed and sent to them. When we asked for compensation afterwards they refused until we withheld payment.

The windows and doors were all dirty after the job so we had to pay a professional window cleaner. The man who fitted the soffits and fascias insisted on cutting his materials outside with a buzz saw at 7am despite us asking him politely to wait an hour for the sake of our neighbours. Long story short, save yourself a lot of undue stress and go with another company.

Do not use this company. We found an advert for Fairview in our local paper, they agreed to install a conservatory with central heating for us in Feb 2019. The central heating did not work as promised, they tried a few times to fix the issue, they eventually gave up. Despite not doing what they said they would, they sent us a threatening letter demanding payment in full.

When we tried to explain to them that we weren't happy with the work - they were very rude, not nearly as patent as we had been with them. Feeling trapped, we agreed to pay them despite the outstanding problems to avoid further intimidation. We paid a British Gas engineer to come and survey the work they did complete - in summary it was found to be incredibly incompetent.

Because of this, their rudeness and unwillingness to be reasonable - we felt we had no other option than to appeal to the small claims court. They didn't bother to show up, the judge awarded us the case. We are currently having to pursue payment. They have caused us a lot of trouble, they just act as middle-men to local contractors, and if anything goes wrong they don't want to know - I would 100% recommend against anyone using this company.

We've only just started the process, but they have been great. There is no pressure from the sales, when you get a quote. Starring the process was easy and if it carrys on like this it will be great.

We had new windows, a rebuilt conservatory and new door fitted by extremly dedicated and professional teams, everyone from the surveyor to the last installation member were first class, we definitely recommend this company, as we are very happy with all the products and service they supplied to us.

I can't recommend Fairview Windows highly enough. I have had windows and a front door fitted and they did an excellent job. Chris and Terry were hard working, friendly and very clean. I'm really happy with the work they did. From the initial meeting, survey and fitting, Fairview were reliable and turned up when they said they would. All round great service.

Made 2 appointments for someone to come out and quote and 1st time was let down 5 minutes before they were supposed to arrive and had conflicting stories as to why they couldn't be here. Second time arranged for an evening appointment and no one turned up. Didn't receive any phone call as to why. Would not recommend them to anyone. If you do manage to get them out will they show up to do the job?

Had windows and doors replaced and fitted by fairview in 2015. Service at the time was good and pricing was reasonable (can get cheaper elsewhere but then again also more expensive elsewhere too) Windows and doors look great and appear to be good quality too with good warrenty, however handles and locks only come with 12 months warrenty. Both the rear french doors and front door are difficult to open and close, usually need slamming.

Front door needs closing with so much force it's cracked the plasta and little bit of plasta often fall off. The handles on some the windows are stiff and difficult to open, usually requires both hands. Heating bill has increased over the last two/theee years since being fitted as you can feel the cold coming through when stood next to the doors or windows, while the old windows and doors were fine.

I did make a couple of call outs initially and the service was quick however the woman who answer are rude amd lack customer service. I wouldn't recommend and suggest looking elsewhere first.

Absolutely fuming! Driving along minding my own business and your giant van cuts me up on every round about and lane I go into. Nothing to do with the quality of your service I know but if you are that dangerous with your driving god knows how careless you must be with fitting windows!
