I am very disappointed with Amazing Glazing. Mike, the sales manager came to my house to quote a roof replacement for our conservatory. He never bothered to email this information back as he had promised and left us hanging. I therefore phoned the office and after giving a poor excuse, he reassured me that he would email the quote on the same day. Again, this never happened!

My experience with Amazing Glazing and the way they operate their business is that they are not professional and are not true to their word. I was very surprised, as they seemed to be a well-established company.

A professional, knowledgeable, friendly and excellent service. From the first call to request a quote to the fitting. This company have managed to give my amazingly large bay window and two sash windows the wow factor. The house has never been so warm and the windows look amazing. I've known Amazing Glazing for years, I have used this company on many occasions from small fiddly little jobs to the latest big job that they have just completed for me. They changed my locks when I lost my house keys years ago no fuss and half the price of a lock smith. Since then we have had windows fitted and later had both doors from them. This last job that they have just completed is AMAZING they were professional from the first enquiry right through to the plasterer cleaning up at the end of the job. Just had windows installed, the sales guys were very helpful, they weren't pushy at all and gave us good impartial advice, they didn't try and push us into anything more expensive and were very patient in their dealings with us. They arrived on the day agreed, Fred rang and went through the job with us and what would happen. The fitters were great guys, they have done a very good professional job, very clean and left no mess at all, in fact they were hoovering up when we got home! The service is great in what must be a very competitive business. I would definitely recommend.
