They came and fitted all new windows back in November 2021 the young lad that came was very rude because I wouldn't allow them to park there big heavy van on my driveway. He also went through my kitchen cupboard without asking. I believe he is no longer working for them. My air vents are so bloody noisy when it is windy and have complained about this since the beginning and the slats were not straight on several windows, had to have new unit put in in the dining room and have only just done that today. Still waiting for air vents and slate to be straightened up.

Well I don't do this often, but the windows I have just had from this company, seem strong and of good quality, good locking mechanism for security. However the fitters, we're tremendous workers, Aaron and Bob. Nearly every window in my property had problems, because of the structure. But Aaron and Bob ploughed through, so the windows could fit, even with the scaffold in the wrong position, they got the job done. ASTRASEAL, I hope you give them a bonus, as that 2 man team are polite and informative, they are truly an asset to your company. They really do and did work hard, above and beyond. A great team!

My experience was very good. they turned up on time did a great job and the guy i got the front door key off was a true gent. Thank you very much guys and all the people at Astraseal.

Absolutely love my new windows and doors. Men who came were polite and really worked hard to get it finished. Superb finish! Would recommend.

What would I have liked to know before I made the purchase? If you are thinking of choosing Win-dor Astraseal, dig into every detail as early as possible and get them to write down what they will do, otherwise you might be left with something they won't put right later. If, like me, you're not an expert ask around for what other companies would do and make sure Win-dor Astraseal will do it too. Here's my experience.

Thanks to Win-dor Astraseal, we have the ugliest inspection cover right in the middle of the new orangery - it's covered by a rug, but we'll never be able to uncover it. According to the the Win-dor Astraseal rep. they couldn't remedy because "that's the way it has to be done, Google it!" and "we have a contract with you". Independent, more friendly advice did give other options, but the Windor-Astraseal rep. literally refused to discuss when I said I'd mention the inspection cover in a review because I thought potential customers should know.

As experts, they deal with inspection covers every day and you'd expect Astraseal to give options up front. But, we're now left with an eyesore in the middle of our conservatory. Also, the rug will mess with the underfloor heating, to make it less efficient. Given my experience, I'd say that getting it right first time isn't their strength; putting it right after isn't either.

I tried to reason with the rep. before paying the balance - it seemed little to ask to remedy it for a happier customer. But when you have the money is a very different experience from when Win-dor Astraseal have it: there's nothing more they can do. Win-dor Astraseal left a bad taste in my mouth, and for what it would have cost them to put it right, it seems so unnecessary. Glad they done with.

After 6 months of waiting to get the windows changed, they were finally done, the whole house, we were lucky to get really good fitters, came along and completed the job in 2 and a half days.i am very impressed with the quality of job done and very happy with the windows and doors. Windows of very good quality and have a child safety lock built into the frame. Overall very happy satisfied customer. keep up the good work Astraseal

Had our new front door made by astraseal and it's lovely. The door is great quality and looks amazing. Despite having a little hiccup with ordering it was all sorted very quickly and very happy overall with the service and product. Thank you! :

Literally one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Work fitting window was fine, replacement door as part of a local authority lease hold agreement a disgrace form start to finish. "Operations" manger was called, and emailed. After repeated failed appointments to fit the door. He then failed to turn up when agreed, still to this point never heard from him.

No apology. How you get to an "Operations" managers role with that level of rudeness and lack of customer service I have no idea. Escalated through office (lady there very helpful) Commercial Director refused to talk to us, got office lady to inform us we weren't due any money off of our door even though they failed to turn up 5, yes 5 times when agreed (including the "Operations" manager) No apology with this information either. (You may notice a trend of all round lack of manors and rudeness) which meant I had to arrange childcare and work somewhere else on 3 occasions. Wasn't even bothered about the money in truth, would like the operations manager commercial or managing director to have the politeness and decency to apologise for the weeks of stress, failed promises and inconvenience they caused, or at least some explanation to why they continuously don't deliver what they promise.

But not a sign of that. If you are a local authority looking for tendering purposes at this review I will happily provide pictures of the work they provided with the original door fit and contacts of the other people in the street who were treated as badly so you can chose another company's quote and save all the complaints. After nearly 5 weeks door issues were mysteriously fixed as they were due the outstanding 50% balance.

My intention is to promise to pay the outstanding balance 5 times, then just not do it repeatedly, till I decide I can be bothered as this seems to be the terms of the agreement with this unprofessional company. The one star id for the lady in the office who seems to be the only person who actually talking to the customer. Amazing to find this company isn't on Trust-pilot - which is a real shame.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! Unprofessional, rude, have the attitude of not wanting to be there. Glass left dirty, door not closing properly, huge amount of damage to the property. Including holes in the window surrounds, broken tiles and because they throw things out the top windows, broken garden furniture. I seriously doubt health and safety would suggest throwing things out of the windows. Caught taking photos of things inside my house. not on.

When a complaint was made. Denied being at the property then, made false accusations about myself. Which has been dismissed as retaliation as unfounded. Absolutely disgraceful. Don't let them in your house!

I certainly would NOT recommend Graham Holmes - Astraseal to any consumer. My installation started in July 2013 and was supposed to take 3 days. Nearly a year on and over 9 separate visits the job is still below standard and now their Director Mr Mark McMullan is calling me a liar and backtracking on our original contract. They are in breach of their contract and are disgraceful in their communication and customer service skills. They are not a reliable, professional or caring company to have work carried out in your home.
