Amazing and personalised service delivery from all their team members. Their, teamwork from sales, to design and to their fitters, made the experience of choosing our kitchen and bathroom feel very special. They're a go to business for our next development project, and I highly recommend them to anyone planning to purchase high end kitchen and bathroom at competitive prices.

Arranged to have time off work to go to the showroom for a bathroom planning meeting. I travelled for 25 minutes to find nobody there. The place was locked and in darkness. There was no message on home phone or mobile. While waiting for 30 minutes 3 other customers came and went. Very. disappointing

Upmarket kitchens & bathrooms. Very helpful & knowledgeable but as they manufacture their cabinets & stock Neff & Kitchen Aid they are well above the average in price. Worth it if it in your budget, very little has a price on it so ask. We will use them for our kitchen.

Had a bath room put in beautiful guys were lovely had a few problems hopefully getting sorted with the toilet system but happy with my new bathroom

We have just visited the showroom as we were interested in having a conservatory fitted by Wittering West. The salesman chatted on the phone (not a business call) for ten minutes without even acknowledging our existence. Needless to say we walked out amazed at the ignorance. Just to let you know one of your competitors provided us with coffee and very polite and helpful customer service. First impressions are everything.

Just a quick note regarding our new kitchen, we were spending a lot of money (in my mind) and Jason walked us through the process ensuring we maximised our budget getting the highest quality features. Install team were also fab and quick! Now we can really enjoy our new family space. Thank you Wittering West!

Thank you for such a poor customer service. It's over one month since we made appointment, choose our kitchen. Chase them many times, eventually we get our project plan, we had to make some changes because it wasn't what we was asking and what we agreed. After that they Never come back to us Never get quote. It's really shame because we loved that kitchen but just simply couldn't go with a company who needs to be chased so many times.

Needed 4 new windows, back door and new bathroom (making one big room from a separate toilet and bathroom). Visited showroom and made appointment for a home visit. Took half day off work and salesman was 3 hours late for appointment. No apology, typical salesman - full of bullsh*t. We never did get the quote. Got the impression that they just couldn't be bothered.

I will not chase a potential supplier for a quotation (if they can't be bothered to quote, it doesn't bode well for the quality of work or servic) so gave the 15k job to someone else. They only got one star because you can't review with zero!

We visited Wittering West after we had some bad luck on a planned extension to our home. After months of planning permission and price promises from a builder the extension became untenable. We thought as a solution a conservatory would be the right way forward and hoped it would fit our budget. From the moment we set foot into the show room we were welcomed and the sales manager had so much time to assist us with what would fit with our budget.

We agreed a design and within 24 hours they had contacted us to arrange a suitable time to measure up so the frame would fit correctly and 24 hours after that they had been, measured up and had called to arrange a date to fit. We were told there was a lead time of up to 8 weeks but after 5 weeks they called us to say they could come earlier if we were happy to start earlier (of course we were) The fitters arrived bang on 8am as stated they would and after the obligatory cup of tea work was under way.

The two guys were brilliant! Friendly and worked like Trojans. 4 days later everything done and what a stunning job they did. Genuinely cannot praise wittering west enough for the job they did. We now have the space we wanted for the family and within our budget. Great job guys thank you!

26/04 - New Update - Since yesterday's review we have today received a number of sincere apologetic phone calls from senior partners and manager's of Wittering West who have explained how yesterday occurred. In view of the specific circumstances as explained and that we are reasonable people, we have agreed to allow them a second attempt to provide the high level of business they say they can.

We do believe everyone deserves a second chance so will update this review again on our overall impression at a future date without prejudice. TOTALLY DISGUSTED! attended their premises last week, very good indeed, so booked an appt for 1530hrs 25/04/16. At 1630hrs we phoned to ask where the sales rep was "He might be in Northampton or held up in Corby".

No courtesy call to say 'Im running late' so, at 1734 hrs the premises is now closed and still no phone call. I'm glad Wittering West can be so arrogant to treat potential paying customers so respectfully!, given they were recommended too us and we were contemplating several projects that would have been on a potential budget of 25000-30000. Now gone to 'Everest' instead!. Thank you for such poor customer service!
