Had four new windows and a new front door fitted. Excellent workmanship by Rob and Chris who were courteous and respectful of my property, turned up when they said they would, and tidied up after themselves. I would absolutely recommend this company and would use them again without hesitation.

This is the third time we have been a B&E customer, each time we were completely satisfied. From survey through to quote all excellent, as is the product. Further, the installer went out of his way to deal with a couple of things not in the order!

Very smooth operation. The process of choosing, paying ordering and installing of the door was exceptional these days! There was a joined up approach everyone knowing what they needed to do and where we were in the process. I didn't need to chase for anything- I was kept informed all the way, by knowledgeable staff. They were able to advise and make recommendations based on my needs. Really awesome! I always judge companies by how they handle problems. I've not been able to test that yet, but hope that, should that happen, they will be equally excellent.

Our new windows look superb really finishing off the property. The team were excellent from answering all of my quires at the beginning right through to the fitting guys who did an outstanding job as well as tidying up as they went. We recently had a back door fitted by Bergson and Eaton. The whole process was easy and stress free. Their communication was good throughout, the door itself seems excellent quality and fitting was fuss free with the fitter arriving at the agreed time and leaving no mess. Very happy and would recommend to anyone.

Overall we are delighted with our new front door and really appreciate the time that was taken to ensure we were completely happy with our design- we did visit the showroom a lot! We sent a lot of designs through to be costed and nothing was too much trouble. The only niggle is that when the door was fitted, the alarm sensors were misaligned and one had to be screwed in in a different place on the frame, meaning an unnecessary hole.

This has been filled and is not visible but it just spoiled an otherwise perfect service. The surveyor had known about the alarm sensor and it had been discussed that the fitter would refit it, although he had been reluctant to do it. This would not stop me from recommending Bergson and Eaton. The door is absolutely beautiful and has made a massive difference to the look of our house.

Our new conservatory looks amazing. From start to finish everything was dealt with so professionally and efficiently. Bergson and Eaton made the process stress free and dealt with every stage of the process from design, installation, electrics and plastering, including a couple of changes we wanted along the way. I've just used Bergson & Eaton for the 3rd time with the latest job involving replacement of our front door plus some other small jobs. The work took two days and the team did a great job. The guys on site worked exceptionally hard, were very tidy and also helped to resolve an issue we had with our guttering. Pricing is competitive and the quality of product and workmanship is very high. I would recommend Bergson & Eaton to anyone looking to have work done on their property.

B & E fitted a huge aluminium conservatory for me in 2014 at 50% of the cost quoted by a national supplier. It is stunning and we live in it all year round. I can't fault the B & E team, installation and after-care are fantastic.
