Excellent service. Well experienced fitters did a great job 100% reccomended.

I have just had a new door fitted in my house in Southend. The fitter, "Charlie" he was very helpful, fitted the door with ease. there was a few issues but he kept me updated as to when this would be resolved. Couldn't recommend TWS and in particular Charlie more. 5 stars! Thank you Regards, Mike

Asked for a quote for a new front Door Trade windows came around asked us what type of Door we wanted told them and he told us it would Cost 1530,00 we asked how long it would take he said 2 hours and he did not give us a proper written quote he wrote how much the door would cost on the back of his business card so never got a proper quote on headed paper also the guy did not use a calculator to add up the cost so the cost seemed to me to be made up but 1530,00 for 2 hours work seems a lot of money will have to look elsewhere.

Reply for owner. That was the point of my Review I did not get a proper written quote the price was written on the back of a card and the price i was quoted was 1530.00 for a door I did email customer service to make a complaint about this but my email was ignored so this is why i posted the review.

Very good service, helpful and friendly. A big thank you especially to Paul for helping me out when needed. A little delay due to covid on delivery but was dealt with professionally by Trade Windows. Will be using them for windows/doors when needed in the future. Thanks again. Charlotte :

We had some bifold doors installed today, replacing some old pvc doors. Unbelievable service from start to finish. The doors are very good quality and we perfectly installed. Very reasonable price after shopping around. Couldn't be happier. Will definitely use again.

Got two double glazed windows they weren't New but excellent condition very good price too had to wait for the glazing it took them a bit longer than usual but as it's in the air at the moment with covid19 they did a great job friendly and professional staff thank you trade Windows

Had new windows and door from TWS fantastic job, with great fitters, very efficient service.

We (and our neighbour) had new doors and frames installed. Good price and excellent service, no mess. Handle had small scratch, replaced without quibble. If we need anything else double glazing we will go to TWS first.

Good business to deal with if you need new double glazing give them a try they were very good for us good product good service window installers were excellent

I was recommended to speak to TWS in Leigh on Sea about some windows that needed replacement on one of my properties. The gentleman came out, took me through the options and gave me what I thought was a reasonable price. The windows were replaced with minimal disruption and they have really enhanced the property. Very pleased.
