Mr Window has been established in the South East of Essex for many years and have carried out thousands of installations in homes throughout Essex offering a first class service. Our window company is based in Benfleet Essex. This is where all our windows, doors and conservatories are manufactured and kept securely until installation takes place.

Just had new windows and new doors installed throughout the whole house. Big thanks to the office staff who kept us updated throughout the project, and to Dave and Terry the fitting team who did a first class job. The service I received was friendly and professional and I couldn't be any happier with the end result. I would happily recommend them.

We had a new door fitted, although the delivery date kept changing through supplier issues (lets face it hardly surprising at the moment) it was installed before the date I was originally told so happy with that. Rather less happy to have phoned up to and told that it was being fitted the next day to my phone call. The door had been delivered, just not booked in!
The fitters that came to fit the door were amazing, really professional, tidy and did a great job. This is my second job with Southern Glass and I'd say there is a good level of consistency - the price quoted is what you will pay (no "unforeseen costs") which is why I have used them again, the response to the survey will be quick and courteous, the standard of the completed job will be great, the fitters will be personable and polite however be prepared for a less than efficient passage of information, you will have to ring to find out what is going on. 5 stars if the admin was sorted a little more efficiently but I would still recommend them if you want a quality job at a good price.

Very disappointed with the customer service from Southern Glass. We ordered a small glass shelf which we have now waited for at least 3 weeks. It was supposed to be delivered 7 days ago and every day since that projected delivery date we have had to chase to be told that "it's not there yet but it will be the next day."Various reasons were given to us: 1.the delivery van broke down, 2.
We've had a break in 3. Team are under covid restrictions. The shelf was supposed to be installed in a shower niche so the builder had to constantly change his plans based on the promise of "it should be there tomorrow". Customer Service really really shocking.in the end they hung up on us saying that they "dont need all that hassle for a 10p shelf". So, my advice, if you have a big project maybe it's worth going to Souther glass, but if you need something small dont bother, they will only mess you about.
I'd much rather have known from the beginning that they are not interested and saved us time by going to someone who actually cares and fulfills their order to the timeline they promise. And if they can't, then they honestly tell you what the problem is and the realistic timing.

Highly Recommend this Company! From the outset our needs & wishes were fully considered in the design of our sunroom. The installation went ahead in a timely manner in mid-winter, despite recent bad weather. The installaction team were polite & respectful & very tidy. We cannot fault the after-sales service, with swift response & all staff keen to be of help in the adjustments that were needed to the tri- & bi fold doors when the weather warmed. We absolutley love our full glass sunroom & would not hesitate in using this company again.

Southern Glass completed the installation of new windows in my home in November 2015. The install included two large bays and one pair of French doors. The service and attention to detail during the planning stage was excellent, we were were given full information and at no time did we feel rushed into making our final decisions. The install itself was smooth, unrushed and the end result is neat and professional.
I am delighted with my new windows and have no hesitation in recommending this company. If you are looking for an excellent product coupled with good old fashioned service, look no further.
