This was our 2nd installation by gardenia, they installed an outhouse window a few years ago and did a good job so we called them back to do the back door and replace all the windows. Good advice and no pressure when choosing and purchasing the windows. Very relaxed and friendly. Really professional they did a good job windows are great high quality.

Also they worked around me as i was having to work from home.ensuring my work wasn't disrupted. They also were tidy and didn't leave lots of mess which has sometimes happened in the past when we've had work done to the house. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in future. I was initially reluctant to replace the original sliding sash timber windows with uPVC, but the build quality and professional installation by Gardinia made this the right chose. Very happy with new windows and the tidy and professional installation.

This is our third installation by Gardinia, and the quality and professionalism hasn't waned, from Adrian, to the installers, everything has been perfect. Our latest acquisition, Bifold doors, are absolutely brilliant. If you are thinking of any products from this firm, don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

We have used Gardinia many times over the years from replacement windows and doors, a conservatory and now at our new home, replacement doors and a new garage door. Always found them to be very professional and they provide an excellent service. Please use them whenever possible.

Our experience of Gardinia was fabulous. Right from the very knowledgeable (and might I say very dashing) Adrian in sales giving us the best detailed info we needed to choose our windows right through to installation. Our fitters (Rik and Sid) workmanship was immaculate. We are beyond thrilled with the result. I can't recommend them more highly.

The windows and doors are lovely. I only gave 4 stars as the communication has been extremely poor. We were initially told the time from order to installation was 6 weeks, when we chased we were told we should not have been told this as it was 10 weeks at least. We have had to do allthechasing and phone calls not returned as promised. The two blokes that installed the windows and doors were fantastic, arrived when they said they would, very professional and did a great job. Shame the communication once you have agreed to the order is so poor

Very impressed with the whole team from first contact through to final installation of new doors. It has been a pleasure to deal with a local family company, they kept us fully informed and kept to the timetable they agreed with us. The doors are of exceptionally high standard, as was the workmanship of the installation team and we are more than pleased with the end result, they really added to the appearance of our house.

We have just had a new front door and bedroom window replaced yesterday. the fitter Tom and his mate Ethan were courteous and friendly and the workmanship was spot on, would recommend Gardinia to anybody. we have used this company before. Just like to add to my previous review. We have replaced our front room window and bathroom window 16/09/21 and once again a job well done the two fitters that came where polite and friendly. Also like to say that if you have any problems big or small the after care service is spot on. Would certainly recommend Gardinia to anyone.

We recently had a new door fitted by Gardinia. Very good service from start to finish. Bob, who fitted the door, was prompt, polite and professional and did an excellent job. He kept us informed of what he was doing, especially with regard to any drilling noise or smells from the sealant. Also - many thanks to Bob, and Daz, for helping to sort out a door chain - appreciated! All in all, we would recommend Gardinia. Thumbs up!

Really happy with our stable door. The fitters arrived on time, kept us informed every step of the way. Even the MD came round o the day to check we were happy! Couldn't be more pleased with fantastic service and product. Highly recommended.

Quote was done as part of a detailed and professional discussion about options and types of window and front door on offer. Due to Covid we were warned about manufacturing times and kept updated. Date for fitting : the team arrived on time; tidied up at the end of each day; attention to detail and checking with us with any real time choice/decision ( we had some window sills replaced too ).

They picked up a slight mark on a frame which was only visible once the manufacturing covering was removed- ( we wouldn't have spotted it )- they ensured this was replaced and returned to refit that part. They also managed to do some technical magic so that a previously fitted window on a slant was straightened. Communication was excellent. Professional team- polite and respectful experienced team.

We have just had our new French doors fitted by Gardinia, and I'm chuffed to pieces about them. The most important thing (of course) was the cat flap, we supplied and it was incorporated into the design and looks fantastic. The cat feels positively liberated. Everything is brilliant quality and looks great. The design process for the doors was incredibly detailed so we had a say in absolutely everything and yet the result still exceeded expectation. Very happy customer (and cat) indeed!
