Highly recommend this company, we had a ground floor window completely off the hinges and needed it fixed as soon as possible. Emailed them at 12, they got back to me really quickly and one of the guys came over at 4pm and fixed it with no issues. Good service and reasonable price.

ADG came to fix our leaking conservatory roof at a cost of 800, as per their quote after first assessing the job. The roof continued to leak for many months afterwards, and we were then told "it might not be fixable" after all, but were offered no explanation as to why they'd already charged us 800 to solve a problem that couldn't be fixed. They reluctantly agreed to come back and reseal the roof, but said they needed to wait for a dry day.

That was February. It is now December, and as we haven't heard from them since the beginning of the year we've now had to pay for another company to come and sort this out. Unfortunately, the 800 ADG charged for their "repair" is now money we'll never get back. Wouldn't recommend.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. ADG quoted me that it would take a full day@210 to 'rehang' my bifolds so they would open without catching. young chap came round, spent 90 mins fiddling with them and left. they insist in charging me the full amount, feel really disappointed with ADG
