Known as document L of The Building Regulations, they set standards for the efficiency of home improvement products. It is a mandatory requirement for all new and replacement windows and doors in England and Wales to achieve a certain energy efficiency rating. As a homeowner it is your responsibility to fit document L compliant products when making home improvements.
The security features installed in our doors are of very high specification and are secure by design certified. We're proud to say that our doors are manufactured to a very high standard right here in the UK. When we dispatch your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a tracking code, so you can go online and track your doors progress.

I have had built in blinds fitted recently to my current windows both manual and remote controlled. Arctic have been the best merchants who have carried out works in my property, extremely helpful, professional, and most importantly after care service. Fitters, Abdul, Steve, and a lady who answered the office phone were great too. Absolutely brillant and well pleased with my 10 windows and 2 doors. The firm went out of way to get them fitted within my timescale. From planning and designing, to consultation and measuring - installation all seemed seamless and well coordinated. I cant fault them in any way. Shockingly bad. The customer service provided by Arctic Glass was shockingly bad. All the employees there were nothing but rude, arrogant and unhelpful. The door they fitted for me is of the lowest quality possible. It was fitted incorrectly in a way in which there is still a gap at the bottom, which leads to slugs and spiders able to get in. My carpet has also been ruined by this improper fitting due to rain.
I have made numerous runs and calls to their shop in order to have this sorted and they've just been sending me in circles by saying next week each time i go to visit. Arctic Glass provide nothing but abysmal service and low quality workmanship, Would not recommend at all!

Artic windows have mislead me again. They gave reply to my review after few years and asked me to get in touch with them again. They said they will fix my issue in matter of emergency. I got in touch with them by sending them an email on 08-04-2021. Now i am waiting again. In review they also claimed that Because of corona they could not fix my door.
But My door complaint is way before corona pandemic. RUBBISH QUALITY AND RUBBISH SERVICE. My builder bought a door from them. Fixed it all perfectly but after few week door started making noise then struggled to close then we found door is bent. My builder told artic over 10 times now. Even we rung them too they told us they will come and have a look.
Now how many time a person going to ring. Artic told my builder that they went to look for my house but strangely they could not find my house. Then put blame on my builder by saying he did not do fitting right. My builder is professional window and Door fitter too. Frame he fitted is all straight. My builder told them its the door is bend also door hinges are coming out.
Door frame has been fitted perfectly. He showed me yesterday with level. All the fitting are perfect Still refusing to accept. It is going to be over a year now. Probably will have to look for another company now. Waste of time. After care is really rubbish. Just pray that you dont have any issues with your windows or doors if you have already bought them.
I have also noticed that my review has been ignored by them because they know i am right. All the other reviews have been answered. Be aware i can only warn. Will think about changing my comments if they fix my door before i buy another one. They still not got in touch with me yet.

Beautiful windows fitted in golden oak colour with silver crystal bevels and borders. Finished with high quality upvc lining and chrome handles. Well happy with the job and finish.especially the stable door. Also aftersale enquiries were dealt immediately and to my satisfaction. Just what you want. Lost for words! ***** Amazing after sales service ***** I had my windows fitted almost 12 years ago. I took a chance and called the head office to ask if they could help with replacing a handle and adjusting the stable and french doors. Not only did they come out within a few days, they very nice gentleman didnt even charge me anything, plus it was at a convienient time for myself after 6pm. Not many honest and trustworthy merchants around these days. Thank you very much, for the windows and doors and more so for the after sales service (even after 12 years).

Had my windows fitted by Arctic a few months ago. The quality was very impressive. Had an issue a few weeks later, Phil came out within a couple of hours of ringing and fixed the issue for us. Customer service is of a very high standard - definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking to get their windows/doors fitted.
