Hi-Spec Windows

Critical: Professionalism Hi I enquired about a service with hi spec windows but they advise me too pay cash. Is this what everyone else done. It just sounded slightly suspicious

Had windows and front door changed by Hi Spec, I cannot praise them more highly. From the initial sales meeting to the fitting, everything was perfect. A special mention to the fitting team lead by SB, nothing was too much trouble, they were all perfectionists in everything they did, attention to detail was faultless and a work ethic to be proud of. I will always come back to this company when I need anything. Perfect!

I had all my window and doors replaced. Excellent service start to end. They use good quality products and I would highly recommend their service. A exceptional service by installers SP and Aftaar. They ensured the install was done to the highest standard. Both installers were polite, professional with great work ethics and kept disruption to a minimum.

I recently had new doors and windows supplied and fitted by Hi-Spec. The initial contact and order placement was very straightforward. Nav talked us through options available to us, listening very carefully to our needs and even inviting us to their manufacturing factory to take a look (which was impressive). We had some follow on questions after we placed the order, which Nav (despite being away on holiday!) kindly helped us to address, liaising with the factory whilst he was abroad.

This is a sales representative who is in it to provide total customer satisfaction. The fitting was done by Gurbaaz. I can't thank Gurbaaz enough for the excellent fitting of the doors and windows. His skill and extensive experience shone through, with no challenge being too much for him. I am quite a perfectionist myself, so any little thing I pointed out to Gurbaaz or any question I asked him, he answered without hesitation and to my total satisfaction.

Nothing was too much trouble for Gurbaaz; he carried out the entire fitting with a smile on his face, despite the cold weather! Anything he wasn't sure of, he would ask me (which is what I would want rather than do it differently to how I wanted it). Thank you so much Gurbaaz for your hard work and attention to detail. The end result is a house that has been bought back to life with shiny new and amazing looking windows! Thank you to the entire Hi Spec team for your great service. I would definitely use your company again!

I had my front door replaced using high spec, from old wooden door to a composite door, they did a great job the installers Harvinder and his colleague were very polite and friendly they were tidy and cleaned up after completing the job, not only does the door look great but it keeps the house warm, no more droughts in the winter months ahead, I highly recommend this company.

We have had a new composite front door, windows and back door. Nav took the original instructions and he was a really lovely man who went through all our options and gave good advice. The fitting was done by Harvinder and his colleague. They did a fabulous job, really professional with a good eye for detail. They were extremely courteous and cleared up after themselves. They have really exceeded my expectations and everything looks better than I had envisioned.

I want to thank all the hard work from everyone who worked on our house from hi spec including Bal, Harvinder, Gurbaj, Avtar, Kulwant and Satveer. They went above and beyond fitting our windows in, listened to our concerns and did a fabulous job on it Our house looks brand new, lovely quality and brilliant service!

Had all windows and bi-fold doors replaced by Hi-spec - see the pictures. Brilliant service from start to finish - Nav provided personal service advising us of our options, and we went for casement windows for the front and standard for the back and bi-fold doors. Fitting by Sandeep and Prince was very high quality - good attention to detail. Would recommend this company.locally manufactured as well so even better to support local and UK companies.

High Spec updated our old double glazed windows with new, replaced a door with a window and replaced a window with a door. The finish was great and the brickwork outside looks lovely. The men that came to fit the windows and doors were professional and tidy and pricing was reasonable and competitive. We will be using the company again when we replace windows at the front of our house.

We experienced great service throughout. The windows are excellent quality and just what we needed.
