We used Hayley windows for the second time having been very satisfied with the first windows they fitted for us. They again provided an excellent service. They ensured the design of the window was exactly as we wanted it and the whole process of ordering and fitting was seamless. Credit to the fitter Shaun who did a very tidy job and was friendly and conscientious. I would definitely recommend Hayley Windows.

Faultless, can't fault these guys so proffessional and polite from start to finish. Laura came and quoted and told us everything we needed to know step by step and followed up as promised. Had surveyor come really friendly. We were kept informed all through the process by Kelly and Tanya and managed to fit us in at our convenience. They arrived on time and Brett and Jay the fitters were a1 and did a great job and very professional. Would recommend these guys to anyone that asked.

We have just had our windows and doors replaced by Hayley Windows and are absolutely delighted with the result. We spoke to several window companies but in the end it was very easy to choose Hayley. They could supply the product style we wanted (Residence 7) at a really fair price and the sales process was easy with the help of the admin team, Laura, Kelly and Tanya.

They were happy to let us choose but provided great advice when we asked for it to ensure we got the decisions right. The installation was very smooth and on time with a great bunch of hard working guys. Thanks to Brett, Jay, Shawn and Rob the install was completed inside 3 days even allowing for some unexpected lintel work! When issues arose they were handled quickly and efficiently and we were kept informed all the way through the process.

It was a pleasure having them around the house for a few days they cleaned everything when they had finished and left almost no decorative repairs to do inside. The product and the install is excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending Hayley Windows. Really Good Job

Bret and Jay have just completed two weeks changing all the windows on our house; including six bay windows, so it's been a tough job! We have been so impressed by their workmanship and the end results are fantastic. They have been really neat and tidy, cleaned up daily and both been really helpful and friendly. We had Hayley Windows quote us for replacing all the windows, doors and patio door in our house to replace old wooden ones. We were very happy (and surprised) at the quote as it was less that we anticipated. The products are great and have transformed the look of the house. The team in the show room and on the phones/emails have been great and we had Ray and Joe complete the fitting and they were fantastic too - professional, friendly and really represented the brand/company well. Hilary and John live some way from Stourbridge and the showroom at Brierley Hill. We were introduced to the company about ten years ago by the builder who had set out the foundations and roof of a new porch. I am glad that we renewed the connection in 2022, finding the present team just as good as the "old guard". This time the small project involved replacing three windows ( x2 bays x1 patio door ) Laura guiding us through the initial choices, office staff passing messages as necessary and the surveyor adding useful advice.

I mean it as a compliment when I say Jay and Bret were "the icing on the cake" when the units were ready for fitting. They arrived at the times promised and worked efficiently to complete everything on the second afternoon. What they replaced was quite poor quality so the final finish was much improved by the neat trim designed on the spot. P.S. The weather was rubbish! Despite that, a good experience. I have no hesitation recommending Hayley Windows. 100% satisfied customers.

We had all ten of our single glazed windows replaced with new white upvc double glazed. Brett and Jay came and did the work and they were faultless. They were very professional and efficient, also they were really good with keeping mess to a minimum and doing their best to clean up what couldn't be helped! The whole process from start to finish has been hassle free and easy! Our doors are next on the list and we won't hesitate to use Hayley Windows again!

We've had the pleasure of having our windows supplied and fitted by Hayley Windows and couldn't be more pleased. From the first contact we made to visiting the showroom and speaking with Laura the service has been fantastic. Over the last few days we've had the pleasure of Brett and Jay fitting the windows and I have to say they've been brilliant!

I've ordered Windows and doors from Hayley Windows. Due to my existing front door being broken they have gone out of their way to get my new door in and fitted in advance of my windows. The experience so far has been excellent. Laura was fantastic in helping me choose everything, right down to the fittings. My new front door looks lovely, massive thanks to Shawn who fitted it. Shawn is a great guy, friendly and skilled, his workmanship was super - thank you! Can't wait for my windows now. Really recommend this company
