This will be my second year with the company. First year was tough. The rep we had did not help us what do ever so we never got the device hooked up. Finally we found Hailey and she has been amazing. She has helped up hooked up both of our devices at both our locations and every time we have ran into a snag she has been there to guide us with customer service and everything has been running smoothly.

It a rip off. I signed up for my business Named > The Vape Shop' to advertise my store. Then I am told that I cant send any advertisement with the store name because of the SHAFT act. But they still taking 220 out of my account for a service THEY CANT PROVIDE>>>> THESE PEOLE telling vape shop owners to violate the SHAFT act. THEY ARE CROOKS AND CON ARTIST

Horrendous customer service. Simply asked for a history of my points earned, something that is certainly a few clicks away. They claimed I can get it myself on the website. I challenged them to show me how (I had tried already) and they suddenly went dark. Asked for them to simply send an Excel sheet, they refused. Email an executive directly for help and no response. Dont waste your time with this company, the worst.

Haven't even joined the company and already completely disappointed. The agent contacted meJakeWith upbeat absolutely he was friendly at firstBut when I explained that I was not feeling well, He became rude and short and even hung up when I asked to speak with him next week. I don't think I will be chosing this company strictly because I dont want my customers treated with the same lack of disrespect. Sorry Five stars your out.

I love using this app because it helps me earn points at places that I already love visiting to begin with. It's easy and super convenient. In addition, I notice that during my birthday, the company that participated in 5 stars gives free food and drinks, or gives its user awesome discount. Another feature I love is discovering places that I haven't been to because of the "discovering feature" on the app that notifies you of businesses that participate in 5stars near where I'm at.

This app is super easy and intuitive. You just find your favorite local restaurants, add your applicable payment cards and boom, rewards start adding up. There's no having to bring anything or scan anything. I love how simple and fast everything is. Plus you can also leave reviews for the restaurant in the app, in which I've done and received immediate responses from managers. Rewards come through instantaneously and they're extremely easy to redeem. Love using this app!

It basically holds all my coupons and reward cards in one spot on my phone! So convenient! I don't have to keep up with stamps and little cards! I'm so happy i started using this system:) i almost have enough points at juice land to get a free shirt! Oh! Also 5stars sends out random coupons for places in your area (that are smart enough to use this program) and they are ready immediately! You need this app!

This is a solid loyalty app. The process of tracking points is seamless with just entering my phone number. I don't need to pull out my phone to check in, and my wife can earn points on my account when she picks up food. Good choice there. The periodic bonus rewards are always nice. It feels good to get a little perk every once in a while. The regular rewards are straightforward. Keep up the great work.
