From the moment we walked through the showroom door the service was A1, nothing was too much trouble and they waited patiently while I changed my mind 100 times, never once did they push us for the sale, it was all done at our pace. We were kept up to date with the progress of our order and the agreed date went ahead as planned. Our fitters, Martin & Ross were top tradesmen and completed the job to an exceptionally high standard, nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make sure the finish was exactly what we wanted.

The quality of the products was excellent. The fitters, Lee and Dan, were perfectionists. They took exceptional care, were incredibly thorough and left the premises in a clean condition. They went the extra mile to ensure total satisfaction. They were also very cheerful and charming. We would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

We have just had our doors, windows, fascias, soffets, guttering and down pipes replaced by Homestyle UK and cannot rate them highly enough. The quality of the products are excellent and the two fitters were very professional and courteous. From the start we have had fantastic service from all departments within the company and have been kept updated throughout, which in this day and age is a rarity!

Don't usually leave a review before a job is finished but having such a good experience by a very professional team of fitters. New windows after 40 years so nothing easy to install. Dan, Danny and Lee are friendly helpful and work so hard to get the job done and right. We have a couple of windows that have scratches that we didn't even notice they immediately pointed them out and are arranging replacements, they also really communicate asking what we need and want and what is possible. Nothing but good things to say, as I said not finished yet but won't hesitate getting them again when needed. Thank you homestyle.

The Job. To supplying fit double glazed front door and glazed panel to porch + back door with attached side window. Everything flowed seamlessly, from getting the quote to the visit from the surveyor and the fitting guys turning up on the day with everything to complete the work. After checking that the info they had matched with what we had agreed it was explained to us the way they would be working.

Work then commenced. In the afternoon it rained, but they continued working, and when they left soaking wet with the work completed the only sign that they had been was the new doors, every scrap of rubbish had been taken. 1st class workmanship, very impressed. And may I add, not a mobile phone seen all day.

Friendly firm who were very helpful from initial contact, through to survey, and installation. All work carried out to the highest standard, with the fitters' recommending ways of doing things that I hadn't thought of! Will use again as first choice company.

I had an existing window and door replaced, reconfigured and repositioned. The replacement windows and door are good quality products. The installation work was carried out to a high standard (Dave & Brandon).

Having decided to replace our windows we were nervous about who should be commissioned to do the work. A local carpenter we know recommended Homestyle and we are very pleased he did. We found them to be very helpful and professional in all respects. The design process was invaluable and even involved (thankfully) discouraging us from some features that would have been inappropriate and more costly.

The fitters, Dave and Brandon, were extremely pleasant, polite and engaging, keeping us abreast of progress and minimising disruption. Their workmanship is as good as we had hoped for. We are very pleased with the installation and would readily recommend Homestyle to anyone contemplating new windows and doors.

I was delighted with my new windows and doors, the no pressure but informative and helpful salesman made the ordering process easy. Very poor service. I placed an order back in April for a bifold door and it took Homestyle 5 months to get it right. First they fitted the wrong door in June. I was told that the correct door would be ready in first few weeks of August. By the end of August I had not heard anything so had to chase them up. At this point I was told "there is no update". Whilst I appreciate there are global shortages of materials, to commit to fitting dates with a customer then for these dates to come and come without contacting the customer to update them is unprofessional.

New door was finally fitted 21st September but again there were issues as the door handles were the wrong colour. Homestyle returned for a third attempt to get things correct and changed the handles on 24th September but again couldn't complete the job as they only brought one of the correct coloured screws. Simple things which could have been avoided. 29th September. Homestyle return for the 4th time to finally finish the job.

A very poor service from start to finish. I was given a small discount after heated discussions with one of the directors but this in my eyes doesn't justify the poor service I received throughout.

Homestyle UK have a local family approach to business whilst maintaining a global standard with attention to detail in all aspects from sales, operations and finance through to project completion. Our project, a sizeable extension, was managed really well by Anna with excellent communication throughout. We experienced a very welcome level of honesty in relation to a couple of contract variations as a result of changes initiated by ourselves. I would not hesitate to recommend Homestyle UK to anyone considering a home improvement project.

We had an existing conservatory (from a different supplier) extended by Homestyle. They surveyed the job and gave us a very good price. The job was done quickly and to a high standard of workmanship. There were a few minor issues afterwards but the customer service were quick to respond and the problems were resolved very professionally.

I had a new composite door fitted at the weekend and it is lovely! Brilliant service from start to finish, thank you! Edit: I've read all the below reviews and it turns out there is a Homestyle Windows near London which appears to do cold calls. Homestyle UK Windows in Martlesham do not do cold calling (I asked) and their salesman was not pushy at all. I was left with the quote and I called them when I was ready.

Don't be fooled when you are told that the windows will last beyond 10 years. We spent 10K on windows and over 12 have blown and need replacing but when we approached Homestyle just after the 10 years had elapsed(even though they had already replaced 3 a few years after installation) we were told we'd have to pay (even the ones which got replaced and were within 7 years).

Bad fitting patio door leaves the whole house freezing during the winter months and our curtains sway and wooden blinds bang and clatter. Even the fitter who came round to first look at our issues, believed that we must of had a faulty batch as he had never known so many to blow but customer service from the Manager was appalling who insisted we had to pay to have the units replaced, which was totally unacceptable and unaffordable.

Outside handles previously had to be replaced as went rusty. Do not touch this company unless you are prepared to have everything replaced after 10 years and get no customer service.

I had new doors and windows fitted last October and have waited several months in order to give a review that covered the colder weather. The service I received was excellent, the measurement and ordering process was simple, everything arrived correctly sized, the team of two fitters took only 2.5 days to finish the whole house (8 windows, 4 doors).

After sales support was excellent, I phoned to enquire about missing two hooks to hold the patio doors open. Within a couple of hours, they were delivered and fitted. I'm very pleased with the products, they are solidly built and look good. I instantly noticed a reduction of outside traffic noise and a definite improvement to the ability of the house to hold temperature overnight when compared to my old wooden framed double glazed windows. I have no hesitation in recommending Homestyle.
