Outstanding company. We would highly recommend Aztec Windows. All their work is of the highest quality. Michael is very helpful at the measuring and decision making process and the fitters - Ryan and Dave - are excellent and professional workmen. We are so pleased with all work carried out. The quality of windows/frames etc is excellent too. The prices charged are fair.

We had all our front of house windows replaced April 2021. In March 2022 we had all our back of house windows replaced and in May a new conservatory window put in. Every aspect of our involvement with Aztec Windows has been superb in every way.

We've put off having new bay windows for years but finally made the decision and have been thoroughly impressed by the whole experience. No more draughts, no more condensation in the morning and no need to keep the heating on in the evenings because the room was so cold. We'd been forewarned about dust when the old windows are being removed especially if they are the wooden originals.

Not a problem. Dave and Ryan were very tidy and left the rooms in good order. The windows are the best of both worlds. Modern double glazing and all the benefits that entails but also as they are designed to look like wood so they look great on an old property. I definitely recommend Aztec Windows and have done already!

Self design package worked well. Build quality excellent. Fitted with no collateral damage- amazing! Overall, whole experience has been fantastic. Thankyou Aztec team.

I used Aztec for my whole house, front door and origin sliding doors. I must say I found Aztec to be efficient and courteous and always did what they said they were going to do. The quality of the the windows/doors were of a very high standard and overall I am very happy with the products and service I received. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if need be.

Aztec Windows fitted a new front door a couple of years ago. Outstanding from Gary coming out to quote, to Dave & Ryan our fitters, finally to Michael who popped out for a slight adjustment which took seconds! Quality products & fitters and Excellent Customer Service. So we had NO hesitation in calling Aztec out again for new double glazing windows and back door. Dave & Ryan were again our fitters who were meticulous, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Cleaning up everything when they finished the job.

Living on a main busy road we constantly heard traffic noise, but now its like we've gone deaf! We hear nothing. The quality of the doors and windows are Amazing especially the finish. Would 100% recommend Aztec Windows not only for the quality of the product but for excellent Customer Service. Well done guys and thank you so much

After 10 years having old windows and living of the main road (noisy.),w e decided to change our windows.as a fussy shoppers ,w e did search different companies,o nline reviews,a sking from friends and neighbours,w e filtered our choices to 3 and from them Aztec wasn't the cheapest one but after comparing quality,c ustomer service and reliability we decided to go with Aztec.

They made an appointment, did measurement and gave us very useful recommendation.after few weeks fitters came to our house and they finished the job in just one day (very polite and clean job, thanks guys) After few weeks with new windows we are happy with our choice.

Aztec Windows recently fitted my new Composite front door with side panels. They are reasonable priced and great quality. The fitters were on time and tidy. I will be using Aztec to do all of my windows and definitely recommend them. Thank you Aztec.

Trading nearly as long me they have lots of experience in supplying and fitting double glazed windows and doors including conservatories. I have no hesitation in giving five stars for they are Coventry's premier window and door supplier.

Well where do I start. if I could give less than one star rating I would! Ironically, I was directed to this company from Solidor as we required a particular glass in the door & was assured by Solidor Mike at Aztec would see everything would be completed as required. In the initial stages we had s quote without anyone coming out to view, measure or anything else for that matter. Was subsequently told they could not do the glass I was assured I could get via Solidor.

However a couple of months later post a nudge from ourselves they (Mike at Aztec) phoned a glass supplier and found out this pattern with the leaded finish required was available but yes.at a much higher price. Surprise, surprise. It then transpires, whilst you are paying for the Solidor range/product you will not receive all Solidor goods, presumably due to them being able to source products, furniture cheaper via other sources plus the framework bar the door when you are paying for the Solidor name is manufactured by Aztec so bigger savings in the first instance followed by an even bigger profit margin!

Unfortunately or fortunately however you view it, I was then incapacitated for 6 months so unable to get in to do anything but as we were assured there would be no problem just place the order "when ready!" took that verbatim. When I was eventually able to walk, get into the office to place an order was told by Mike he said the glass had been discontinued.really?

He then promised to call us and guess what.no call! We called again, Mike said he would call us back.yep! No call! Playing him at his own game visited him & spoke face to face.was lovely to watch & completely enjoyed watching him trying to squirm his way out of the situation. Yet again, said he would call but the company they use (won't name because they were bought out) had discontinued that cassette Clarity Zinc.

Funny that.having already called the company and being informed it was freely available prior to this last visit to the office. Question to the glass supplier: What not discontinued, are you sure? Mike promised he was going to call back and again nothing. "Mike would cause you far less stress/hassle to be 100% honest informing customers that you don't want to deal with them.but then again, that would have spoilt our fun element of seeing you squirm & sweat!" Needless to say, front door as well as back now ordered through a far more reputable company & guess what.with the very glass that's been discontinued! Steer clear would be my best & strongest advice!

Absolutely Delighted with my new Front Door. First class workmanship and fitting. It is very rare to find such a quality product with service to match. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Superb service! We had a kitchen window and front door fitted. The fitters were excellent and are obviously very experienced at what they do. Both the door and the window are fitted really well with no snagging issues whatsoever. The quality of both products are excellent and look great! I would highly recommend the company.

I recently had my conservatory converted to a Ultraframe Livin Roof by Aztec Windows, My wife and I are absolutely delighted with the result, Aztec were helpful from start to finish on the job and I would highly recommend.
