All windows come with high security locking mechanisms as standard (to BS7950 standard), hinge protection and steel reinforced frames. Called Acorn Windows to ask for help with a pvc door that had dropped, this caused the old lady considerable upset as she couldn't open the front door. Excellent service from the start, phoned them, told them the issue and they went the next day, price was good and the door sorted so that the old lady could open the door herself, she is extremely grateful and was full of praise for the engineer. Excellent service. Engineer came out initially to measure and price. All covid guidance was followed. Window arrived around week later and was fitted quickly and professionally with zero mess, again following all covid guidance. Highly recommend this company for any window/glass requirements.

We are slowing getting our windows and doors replaced, as and when we can afford them. Acorn have been very accommodating, understanding and helpful with this situation. They have never been pushy for us to buy more than what we want (no hard sales calls). The windows that have been replaced so far are fantastic, the team are efficient and friendly. The always take our old windows away and make sure they have tidied up when they have finished.
