As a Homeowner and Landlord I've had many dealings with Vision Windows. They are everything you could want in a supplier. Friendly, reliable, great at pricing. Time wasters - they didn't provide a quote after visiting/measuring. I chased them multiple times for this but they brushed me off with no explanation. Wasted my time and energy.

I REALLY DISLIKE SNEAKY TACTICS! This company just cold called me, made it sound like funding available for new windows to be installed. I had to probe really hard to finally get the woman to admit that the "Assessment" is free, not the installation! The "assessment" is basically some one coming around to quote, just like any window fitter would.

Brilliant service. John came round quickly to look at the job and fitted us in as soon as he could, to repair our broken UPVC sash window that had failed after about 11 years. Very friendly, tidy and punctual. Very pleased with the service. Would recommend.

Took time off work for someone to come and quote. Chased up the quote twice - once on the phone and once going into their office in person. Never received the quote so a total waste of time.

A week ago a gentleman came round to measure up our double glazed Patio Door as it has blown it's seal. I am still waiting for an estimate 7 days later. after I contacted them they moved very quickly, gave me a reasonable quote and will be doing my replacement soon, ,,,

We have had a couple of bay windows, a bathroom window and a garage side door supplied and fitted by the guys at Vision. They also repaired some windows others said couldn't be, and saved us money. The quality of the product along with the service are excellent, and at a good price. Highly recommended.
