Services
R & D Goatley have many experienced members of staff, including several members of the Goatley family. Many of our team members have been with our business for many years. Danny Graham has been with R & D Goatley since 2013 and has over 25 years experience in the double glazing industry. David Beale has been with R & D Goatley since 2016 but previously worked for a manufacturing company for over 10 years. Mark Halliday has rejoined R & D Goatley in 2020, he worked previously as an installer in the 80's.
In 1974 Russell and Dennis Goatley, father and son started their journey in the double glazing industry, starting from the early days of aluminium systems into hardwood frames, some of which are still going strong in homes around Sussex. Then in the late 70's PVCu systems were introduced, the business grew from strength to strength, Russell's philosophy was to build a business which offered high quality products, expert installers with a good background of carpentry skills, great customer service, all in all to offer good value for money.
R & D Goatley have been a family run business since 1974, the business was Founded by Russell and Dennis Goatley. Russell and Dennis built the business with traditional values, believing in unrivaled customer service, using the best quality products and craftsmanship to the highest level. All these values have been passed down to the younger generation of the Goatley family.

These guys are great. From my initial inquiry, which was made too late given the timescales to fit in with my major building project, through to installation today, within my timescales, Jason and his team have done all they can to expedite a new front door. Ultimately, they have delivered and I am absolutely delighted with the end result. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Clean and tidy, friendly and fun and even fitted my ring doorbell onto my brickwork with no quibble.

Very pleased with the quality of the windows & doors, the workmanship of the installers. And very happy with the service from the surveyor, sales & service team. Would highly recommend them. Best bit, they are not pushy or annoying with constant phone calls or follow ups, and they don't mess you around with ridiculous quotes etc.

I have had two doors installed by the company and have always been pleased by their service and attention to detail. Last week I had occasion to call asking about an adjustment to one of the doors that was sticking. They recognised the problem I described and booked an engineer. Keith resolved the problem swiftly, ensuring the mechanism was even smoother than previously.
He took the time to explain what had been done and passed on useful tips for continued use and maintenance, going the extra mile. A credit to the company that clearly recognise the value of good customer service. A very professional family company whose excellent product and high standards I am more than happy to recommend.

Just delighted with my window from R & D Goatley, service and advice was outstanding from Simon and team, they really helped me after I had a bad experience with builders fitting windows for me, the fitting went very smoothly and the team were so tidy as well plus they are a local business so I have complete peace of mind. R & D Goatley have completed two pieces of work for me recently to supply and install new doors and a window and new windows in my house. My experience from start to finish has been excellent. They are a professional and very friendly firm who really get the importance of good customer service. The work was done to a very high standard and the quality of their finishing is really first class.
The installation team especially were brilliant and always took care of my property and worked tirelessly finishing ahead of time and with excellent results. They are not the cheapest but their value for money is great due to the high quality and finish of their products. 10/10 I thoroughly recommend them. Thanks Simon, Jordan and team your are stars!

When it comes to double glazing it's a no-brainer, there is only ONE option: R & D Goatley! Just had our bedroom windows replaced (TS collection). Job was perfect and product exactly as promised. Yet again, R & D Goatley delivers! We have used previous in 2007 for a conservatory/orangery and again to replace front door. No hesitation in choosing R & D Goatley - they have proven that they can be TRUSTED!

From our very first visit to their showroom we had confidence in choosing R&D Goatley. We chose Sunflex for our extension, such a quality product. We have had some delays with the build but Simon worked with us to accommodate our time schedule, when we did start the installation the team were excellent and the fitting is of a high standard. All team members showed respect for our home. Although the company was going through some personal sadness they still gave a 100% service. Thank you for helping to make our dream come true.

I am extremely pleased with the five high quality casement windows R&D Goatley installed for my flat last week. They were very professional, efficient and friendly; did an excellent job and left my place tidy.
