Recently had all our windows replaced and a front door. I could honestly say I couldn't fault them in anyway. The windows look amazing and the front door just finishes the house off. Quality of workmanship and finishing is superb. Our experience with lancing glassworks is outstanding, our particular installers ("Tree" and Ricky) were beyond brilliant, they were polite, very tidy and they were very accommodating. Highly recommended.

Superb Customer Service and after care of our BiFolds - Huge thanks to the lovely Paul who came and provided after care. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team and their bi-fold doors. They are not pushy sales people at all and help you decide what's best and within budget. We can't fault them and they are all very professional. Fitters are fabulous too and very tidy. 5 stars from Sue and Paul Worthing

We are very disapointed that Mr Gilbert feels this way about our service. There are two sides to every story: Whilst it is indeed true we could only attend Mr Gilberts property on a Wednesday this was simply because it was the only day we were in his area during that particular week. We do our best to visit customers at an agreeable time but we are usually very busy as we are very good at what we do.
Finally regarding the time of day that Mr Gilbert was visited, we give an approximate time slot - this is always stressed when the visit is booked. We do our best to give an hour long time slot and unfortunately this isn't always possible to keep to. Customers are always warned if we will be late in visiting and we always give the option of rebooking if postponement is not convenient.

Very unresponsive - had to chase up to get someone to come over, and then they would only come out on a Wednesday (not very convenient or flexible). When they did come they turned up at the wrong time, but luckily I was in. Didn't seem very helpful while discussing options, and then never came back with a quote, despite this being a 30,000 job! I invited them round as they had fitted some large doors for me a few years ago and were very good, but it looks and feels as though they have had a change of management, and it shows. Very disappointing.
