The Billenness family have been serving Eastbourne and the surrounding area with their glass and glazing requirements since 1889, when Joseph Billenness founded J. Billenness Ltd, the company was handed down from generation to generation until 1994 when Keith Billenness started trading in his own name after 20 years in the family business and Kb Glass was formed.
At Kb Glass Ltd we provide glazing solutions for many different applications. We can offer both a supply only and a supply and installation service. We have in house glass processing equipment which produces a superb quality finished product. With over 40 years experience within the market place Kb Glass ltd have the technical knowledge to assist you right the way through your project, from specifying the correct glass for your requirement to templating and installation.
KB Glass are experts in conservatories, from design to installation, we can work with you to transform your home and add that much needed space. We have a wide range of designs available, both contemporary and classic, all perfectly suited to fulfill your individual requirements. If you need advice on the most suitable conservatory for your property, we can provide that too, advising on the most appropriate layout and structure to suit your property and meet your budget.With CAD drawings provided to give you ideas and show you exactly what your new conservatory will look like prior to ordering - we provide the inspiration to ensure your conservatory is exactly how you envisioned.
KB Glass provide a conservatory roof replacement service to customers across Eastbourne and East Sussex. If your conservatory has a glass or polycarbonate roof then you may find it too hot in the summer and equally, too cold in the winter. This often results in conservatories only being used at certain times during the year.

Having instructed kb glass to supply and fit a fabulous bifold door orangery 4 years ago, i can honestly say that there aftersales service is industry leading. Any issues i have had, including one today as i have sold the property and need the guarantees transferring to the new owner have been sorted immediately and to my satisfaction. mike the owner never hides from a problem, he cares about his reputation and his customers. nothing would give me greater pleasure to recommend him and kb glass to any future potential customer looking for a combination of quality, service and price.

KB glass are a friendly & efficient company who provide good value for money. There was a supportive voice at the end of the telephone when I checked on the order, then a friendly fitter who arrived at the appointed time and worked solidly to replace a broken double glazed unit. Good old fashioned service. I would use this company again.

We are very happy with our new gym mirrors installed by KB Glass. Michael was great at listening to our ideas and coming up with different options to suit our budget. K B Glass have done an excellent job on what was a rather fiddly and unusual aluminium framed glass lean-to. We contacted several suppliers but found KB the most helpful and competitively priced. They measured it all three times to make sure everything would fit. We were particularly pleased with the two fitters, who went the extra mile to get it right, took their time on the slightly complicated flashing and left us with a better result than we expected. I recommend the firm and would use them again.

Front door, bifold door, 2 windows installed by this company and all need to be replaced/repaired, the problems stared just a few months after moving into a newly built house. No response and complete ingore of our complaints, appaling lack of interest and even acting all annoyed we are contacting them. We waited for over a year and had to move to a different company at the end. Hard to believe their high rating.

KB glass replaced my existing polycarbonate conservatory roof with glass and replaced my front and rear doors to the house. The overall work from quotation through to installation was excellent. Highly recommend KB Glass - they have recently installed new windows and two doors of excellent quality for me at an extremely reasonable price compared to other companies. From initial contact to final installation they have been reliable, prompt and professional. The installers were friendly, hardworking, unobtrusive and tidy and managed to complete in 2 days despite adverse weather. I have had no hesitation in recommending them to neighbours and friends. I have never spent the amount of money that my Oranjery cost before. Being new to the area and not knowing any tradesmen i knew and trusted, I was terrified i was going to get ripped off or have a problem with the build after the it was complete. I found KB Glass after a bit of web searching, i relayed my anxieties to one of their guys "Mike", this is what he said: "Tony i will build a fantastic Oranjery for you, for the agreed price, if there are any problems i will fix them, you can trust KB Glass, we are the best at what we do, you will be very happy when we are finished" That is exactly what he done. Here is my new Oranjery.

Had a old conservatory taken down and a new one put up in its place. Also had the original base extended to make the new conservatory slightly larger. The service provided by KB Glass was brilliant. They saw the project from beginning to end making sure I was happy throughout. I am so amazed with the end result and would definitely recommend their services to all.
